˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗ Kat, Robin, and Nancy hastily exited the library, armed with their new theory.
The sun had almost fully set, leaving only a few streaks of orange on the horizon, contrasted by the deep blue of the remainder.
Robin pulled out the walkie from Kat's backpack, extended the antenna. "Dustin, do you copy?"
"Yeah, I copy."
"So, your sister's a genius. Vecna's first victims date all the way back to 1959. Kat's shot in the dark was a bullseye," Robin spoke into the walkie, a small smile growing on her face.
"Okay, that's totally bonkers, but I can't really talk right now," Dustin said, almost in a whisper.
Robin's eyebrows formed a line as she got into the backseat. "What are you doing?"
"Breaking and entering school to retrieve confidential and extremely personal files," Dustin answered simply.
Robin paused for a moment, staring confusedly between Kat and Nancy. "Can you repeat that?"
"Just get your ass over here, stat. We'll explain everything."
Kat looked at Robin over her shoulder, who was now retracting the antenna with an eye roll. "I thought they were talking to Ms. Kelley?" Kat said.
"We leave them alone for two hours."

˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗ On the short drive over to the high school, Dustin radioed them in a panic.
"Uh, some new information here regarding Max," Dustin said. "There's been an...issue involving trances and, you know, dark magic, so I'd get here much, much, faster."
