˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗ Kat flipped through the doctored student files she and Nancy had made.
It was risky, but their plan was to speak with Victor Creel at Pennhurt Asylum, ask him for his side of the story, and hopefully he'll answer some of their burning questions. But, of course, they couldn't just walk into Pennhurst, so they needed a cover.
Nancy called the asylum, asking if she, Kat, and Robin, now Ruth, Rose, and Ren, could speak with Victor. Unsurprisingly, they said no, but Nancy managed to get a three o'clock meeting with the director.
Kat checked to see if all of the fake information was accurate for their story. They looked perfect, surely the director, Dr. Hatch, would fall for it.
"These are great," Kat said with a smile. "Thanks, Candace, you're really a lifesaver."
Candace smiled as a response as Kat left the room and back to Nancy's car out front.
"How'd they turn out?" Robin asked as she leaned forward from the backseat.
Kat handed them to her. "Perfect. Take a look."
"Nice." Robin looked through each one with a small smirk. "Oh, this is so illegal," she said through her teeth with a small chuckle.
"So illegal."

˗ˏˋ ★ ˎˊ˗ The girls bound down the stairs into the Wheeler's basement, where Steve, Dustin, Lucas, and Max were staying while they got the files made.
"Okay, so," Nancy started, looking to Kat and Robin.
"We have a plan," Robin smirked, flashing the files to the boys. She dropped them on the table in front of the couch. "Thanks to Kat and Nance's newspaper minions, we are now rock-star psychology students at the University of Notre Dame," she said, sitting on the arm of the chair Kat was sitting in.
