Intro: I read about someone leaving their friends in the dust. I've read so many things like I didn't think it would touch me like it has. "Rockstar" is the poem's name By TadMerrill (Last time I checked)
Tone: Inspired
Writing is my soul
Every word
Every Tear
Every Letter
They come together
As one
They are
I think with no restrictions
Each poem
Each word
They come together
Every character
Everyone
That I know
In reality
Is a file
In my 'imagery'
Descriptive
I am
To my heart's content
Never
Shall I not be true
But speak from the heart
I will
Every friend
Ever foe
Oh how they are
My inspiration
Left behind
The old ways
But friends
Never forgotten
Secrets
May they leave
My mind
So complex
But never
Shall the friendship
That I share
No plans to leave
No plans to go
For every friend
And every foe
Give me what I need
To show how I truly feel
I'm not ashamed to display
But I won't announce
Every truthful way
For those who find
A new mind to pick
A new set of eyes to see
A new relative to speak
But those who are blind
Or just son't seek
It's not a bother
you're not hurting me
I'm not planning to go
But I'm still young
And as a young one
My mind doesn't hurt for bias
It hurts for real
Writing is my soul
And as long as I write
I will still have my soul
Don't worry
I'll still be here
This is my soul
Now that you've read
You're trusted with this poem
This piece of poetry
Is part of my soul
This is my soul
Writing
Is
My Soul
Conclusion: I can't think of leaving my friends. Not for one moment. I have many distant friends now though and I know that it's okay to just accept the distance. I care for them all but I wish I could keep in touch with them all the time or at least more than what I do now. Sometimes it's okay though. I think I can go with that. There are just a few people I can't just stop talking to. That's Lily, Skyler, Luey, Twin, and Summer. Life without them is like no other.
