Jiang Yuan lay powerlessly on the bed, her wrist gripped tightly, staring in slight shock at Lin Kong, who was pressing down on her. At first, she thought Lin Kong was just teasing her again, but then she remembered that Lin Kong was no longer the naive person she once was. A hint of panic flashed in her eyes, but she said nothing, letting Lin Kong lie atop her.

Lin Kong's freshly washed hair draped smoothly over her shoulders, strands brushing against Jiang Yuan's nose, making her shiver slightly. The strong medicinal scent still clung to Lin Kong, a smell Jiang Yuan would typically dislike, yet on Lin Kong, she found it oddly pleasant.

The sudden movement separated their lips temporarily. Lin Kong frowned slightly, diving back down to capture Jiang Yuan's lips, her tongue pressing eagerly against Jiang Yuan's teeth, trying to invade. But Jiang Yuan kept her teeth tightly shut, denying entry.

Lin Kong looked like a pitiful, neglected puppy, her eyes openly expressing her desire to kiss Jiang Yuan deeply, not just a brief touch. Jiang Yuan's eyes shimmered, hesitating before she slowly wrapped her arms around Lin Kong's head, lifting her own to meet Lin Kong's lips again, shyly opening her mouth to invite Lin Kong in.

Surprised by the response, Lin Kong was delighted but also held a serious expression. She eagerly sucked on Jiang Yuan's lips, starting to nibble gently. As she found the rhythm of kissing, she began to think of other things, though she couldn't help but be distracted.

Her urgency to be close to Jiang Yuan stemmed from the possibility that she might soon leave—leave Jiang Yuan, leave this comforting body. The thought of leaving brought a sting to her eyes. Lin Kong liked Jiang Yuan, but she wasn't sure if Jiang Yuan felt the same, especially since Jiang Yuan's initial interest seemed to be in her martial arts secrets.

Even if they did like each other, the world wasn't just about love; there were also enmities. They were not only a couple but could also be enemies, born to oppose each other. As Lin Kong's mind drifted, the faint taste of blood in her mouth snapped her back to reality; she had unknowingly bitten Jiang Yuan's lip.

Alarmed, Lin Kong paused, staring blankly at Jiang Yuan, who was breathing slightly and blushing, filled with mixed emotions—none of which included anger over the bite. Normally, Lin Kong would have stopped, but seeing Jiang Yuan silently enduring, neither speaking nor resisting, sparked an inexplicable anger in her.

The words Jiang Chen had told her echoed clearly in her mind. She should have understood earlier that she was once naive and poor, so why would Jiang Yuan ever like her? Hardening her heart, she continued kissing Jiang Yuan, her soft tongue now a tool for venting frustration. Jiang Yuan couldn't help but let out a soft moan, her hands unconsciously clutching Lin Kong's back.

Lin Kong continued her forceful exploration of Jiang Yuan's mouth, trying to savor her taste, convincing herself that this would be their last intimate moment and she should cherish it. She wanted Jiang Yuan to remember it forever.

Distracted multiple times, Lin Kong accidentally bit Jiang Yuan's lips and tongue several times, causing a faintly red-tinted saliva to trickle from their joined lips. It was a kiss filled with both pain and pleasure. After a few muffled protests, Jiang Yuan shamefully began to respond naturally, wrapping her arms around Lin Kong and gently rubbing against her.

Lin Kong felt a spark as Jiang Yuan moved against her, her instincts guiding her as she kissed Jiang Yuan and began to undress her. Jiang Yuan, seeming to always know Lin Kong's thoughts, remained calm throughout, allowing Lin Kong's actions, though her ears were reddening.
