XVI. Molotov Cocktail.

THE GROUP all search for JJ the rest of the night, well, John B, Sarah, Jake and Kie, as Cleo went to wait for Pope and his hearing that would follow the next morning. They now walk through downtown, seeing the aftermath of the night before. "Oof. This place is trashed." John B quips, looking around. "Jesus." Kie says quietly. "JJ's long gone. We should get out of here." The Routledge now tells them.

"Go where? They're probably already bulldozing Poguelandia." Kie says, glancing back at them. "That means JJ's slashing tires." John B adds. "That's actually pretty likely." Jake sighs, running a hand through his hair. "Hey. You okay?" John B suddenly asks, looking back at Sarah who both Kie and Jake turn to look at as well. "Yeah, I'm--I'm--I'm-- I have to... You know, I'll be right back." She walks away and the three watch the blonde girl who's walking away now, before all looking at one another.

The three wait around outside for the Cameron as John B spoke up, "his dad comes back, and the next thing you know, sells the house right out from under him to the Kooks of all people." He turns to face Jake and Kie. "I mean, Luke makes my dad look like the father of the century. That's crazy to think about." He adds, looking away as Jake just glances at Kie.

"And he might not even be his--" "Kie." Jake whispers, making her purse her lips, realizing that it was only between them. "What?" John B quickly looks at the couple now who communicate with their looks. "Nothing." Kiara simply says, looking down and Jake looks at John B who's staring at him skeptically. "What'd she say?" He asked her.

"Goat Island." Kie said suddenly before looking at Jake who instantly looks at her. "I think I know where JJ went." She says and Jake realized what she meant. Chandler Groff. "What are you talking about?" John B asked. "I'm gonna go get Sarah." Kie rushed off, heading towards the pharmacy. "Yeah, we'll just wait out here." Jake tells his girlfriend, looking all around him. "With the police." John B adds, also looking around before he lets out a sigh.

"What do you think they're doing in there?" Jake asks John B quietly all of the sudden and the Routledge just sighs, shrugging. "Not sure..." He says and the Lennox glances over to the pharmacy, a little curious. Unbeknownst to him, Sarah and Kie are talking about her being pregnant and getting excited, especially about Auntie Kie, and Evie having a cousin. "I hope they hurry." Jake sighed.

While the two boys stood there, waiting and wondering what was going on and talking quietly to one another, a voice cuts them off, "oh, there he is. King of the Pogues." John B looks annoyed and Jake rolls his eyes. "Are you happy, man? Huh? You had your little freak-out and now we got to deal with it." Topper says as the two now turn around.

"I mean, do you ever think about the consequences of your actions?" The Kook asks as Jake just makes a scrunched up expression. "You know what? I really don't want to talk about this now, Topper." John B tells him as Topper turns to the man next to him. "I can't wait until I take over Poguelandia." He says and Jake rolls his eyes, John B walking over. "What did you say?" The Routledge asks.

"Oh, all that yesterday?"

John B hums, nodding. "Whose idea do you think that was? Great piece of real estate sitting there. Just looking forward to tearing all that jerry-rigged bullshit down." Topper tells him and Jake scoffs. "So you burn my house down and now you want to take my business?" John B asked the Kook. "Well, I mean, somebody was gonna do it, right? You can go around busting windows and whatever, but at the end of the day, John B, Kildare is for the Kooks." Topper goes on and Jake glances at the back of John B's head, a little worried.

"Your time's up." He adds and Jake just scoffs, shaking his head. "You know what, Topper?" John B says. "Oh, hey, Kie. Hey, Sarah." The Thorton greets the two girls making their way over. "Looking good." He says to the Cameron and Jake sends him a dirty look. "Hey, Jake, John B, not a good time." Kie tells the two now, grabbing Jake's arm gently.
