AT THE surf shack, the group that went to Charleston, John B, Sarah, Pope and Cleo, fill them in on everything that happened when the four of them left. "It's a catacomb. It's got a bunch of skulls around it." Pope says as Sarah hums, nodding. "Jesus." Kie says, glancing at Jake standing to her left.

"And the weirdest part is there were other people down there, looking for the same thing we were looking for." Pope pointed between him and the others. "It wasn't just other people. It was the man who killed Terrance." Cleo said as she looks over at Kie and Jake. "Oh, yeah, and there were rats. Like, so many rats." Pope said as Kie stared Sarah who shivers.

"I hate that I missed that." She says sarcastically and Jake glances away, shaking his head. "Not fun." Pope quickly says. "Where'd you and Jake ghost off to, big guy?" John B asked JJ now who just glanced over at Jake who's already staring back at him. "Oh, I was, uh.... We were just trying to help out the team." The Maybank now spun around to face them. "Quick cash grab. Yeah." He explains.

"But the plan fell through, 'cause it was Barracuda Mike." Jake adds as JJ just nodded his head, pointing at the Lennox. "Yeah, Barracuda Mike. I'm not surprised that didn't work out." John B quips, looking away. "Listen, I'm, uh, super sorry about the rat stuff and everything, but we have that bullshit zoning hearing coming up tonight, and we don't have any money for a lawyer." The Routledge now holds up the zoning paper to them. "Obviously." Kie quips, looking at him.

"Any ideas are welcome."

"Oh, yeah, let me just study up on real estate law in one day--" "that sounds like a lot of sarcasm we don't really need right now, okay?" John B cuts off the Heyward boy. "Sorry, I was just rat swarmed, so." Pope says, looking around at them all. "How about we call people? The whole island is pissed about what they've been doing. We get everybody over there, pack the house, rally the troops. Maybe we actually have a shot at winning this thing." John B explained to the group now. "Yeah, the more the merrier. I could get the surf squad out there. From the beach." JJ agrees with him.

"Yeah, just make sure you make it back." Jake tells the blond boy who just winks at him. "I'll stay on mission. I promise." He says and Jake just smirks, looking away. "Pope. Maybe we can call some of your family. Maybe Uncle Roger." Cleo tells the boy. "I can do that." He nods. "Speaking of family, this is gonna sound insane, but Rafe came by." Kie said suddenly and Jake instantly looks at her.

"What? Why?" Sarah asked the Carrera girl. "I don't know. He said he wanted to help us." She held up a business card in her hand now. "Wow." Cleo says as Kie walks over. "Don't shoot the messenger." She says as she handed over the paper to Sarah now, who takes the card. "Rafe loves to help, doesn't he?" John B says. "Rafe Cameron, CEO. CEO of what?" Sarah now asks, putting down the card. Kie scoffs, "whatever."

"I'll hit him up. Maybe he can help us." The girl says, looking up at Kie and Jake. "Alright. Let's do this shit. Let's save Poguelandia." John B says, looking around at the group who all nod in agreement, before dispersing from the little meeting, John B had left first with Sarah, Pope and Cleo, while JJ stayed back in the shack as Jake and Kie leave together.

Jake reached out to Kie, putting a hand to her back, "did he try anything?" He asks, meaning Rafe as she quickly turned to look at him. "No." She says, shaking her head. "He just... came to look for Sarah, then talked some bullshit, gave me that stupid card and left." She said and Jake sighs, pulling her closer to his side. "I'm sorry that I wasn't there." He tells the Carrera girl who just leans in, kissing his cheek gently.

"It's okay. I'm okay." She said and he just rubs her back, nodding as the two of them now head inside the house. "I'm gonna call my mom. Check on her and see how Evie is doing." He says and Kie merely nods as he heads up the staircase now, finding his phone on their bedside table. He puts the phone on speaker, waiting for his mom to pick up the call.
