0510- A Dark Ali

"You said you don't know?" Spencer questions Ali.

This guy has just came forward and confessed to 'kidnapping' Ali.

"What was I supposed to say, Spencer?" Ali asks.

"How about no?" Emily says sarcastically.

"I was blindfolded, remember?" Ali throws it out there.

No she wasn't because this whole thing is a lie.

"I'm sorry, do we seriously have to remind you that you were never actually kidnapped?" Spencer squints.

"There's a man being questioned by the police right now for a crime that never even happened." Aria adds.

"Guys this is A. I mean you said he knew about the rock that hit you. He knew where you were kept, what you ate, what mattress you slept on." Emily points out.

"But we have no clue who this guy is, what does he want to do with us?" I ask.

"It's the same story you told the doctor." Hannah says under her breath.

"And Holbrook the night we got back from New York." Spencer turns to Hannah.

"Doesn't matter where A got it. What matters is what A is planning to do now." Aria reminds us.

I hold back a groan.

"If A is behind this, that's exactly who this guy is going to run to when he panics." Ali points out.

"What are you saying?" Hannah asks.

"I'm saying if I can make him think that he's going to go down for this, we can follow him to A and finally win A's game." Ali tells us.

"Great. We win the game, we find out who A is. What happens when we lose?" Aria asks.

Good fucking question.

The five of us end up leaving Ali in her bedroom and heading out.

"Is it weird we haven't gotten an A message about this yet?" Hannah asks us as we all leave Ali's house.

"No, I don't need a creepy text to read the writing on the wall. The second Ali says that this guy kidnapped her, we're going to figure out that Cyrus Petrillo's a sheep farmer in Montana and couldn't possibly have done this." Aria says and I scoff.

"And then the whole world going to know that Ali's a big fat liar." Aria adds.

"And us! Right now, we're just as big and fat as she is." Hannah points out.

"Guys, keep your voices down." Emily tells them.

"Yeah, thank god the cops are here so we don't have to worry about being imaginary kidnapped." Spencer replies, her tone dripping with sarcasm.

"God this lie is making me go grey." I complain walking towards Spencer's from Allison's.

"Same! And then on top of that, once Tanner finds out that the kidnapping story is a lie, they're going to figure out about New York and Shana real quick." Aria rambles on.

"Ali's not an idiot, she's not going to walk right into an obvious A trap." Emily backs Ali up, as always.

"We don't know that anymore." Spencer says as we stop at her garden gate and by Logan's car that Aria has borrowed.

"We don't know that any more. We all heard her in there! she's gone rogue!" Spencer points out.

Ali wants to convict this guy, it's obvious. She wants everyone to be on her side and believe her for once.
