"Whose idea was this?" Hannah asks. "Emily's mom." Spencer says and I groan whilst looking down at my heels in the mud. This is just gross.

"The shed was me. My mom just said we should do something for us." Emily supplies and I scoff. "Well couldn't we do something without mosquitoes?" Hannah asks and I nod. "And mud. Seriously, look at my shoes." I sigh and Hannah cringes at my heels.

"For one they're not mosquitoes, they're gnats. And Grace you knew what we were doing before you chose what shoes to wear." Aria says and me and Hannah turn to each other and roll our eyes. "Whatever, they're small and annoying and flying up my nose." Hannah says and I express how I agree with her whilst swatting away a gnat.

"Yeah, well, they're attracted to your perfume and your hair product and your lip gloss." Spencer chimes. "I actually wear lipstick." I shrug at her.

"Are you saying we attract flies?" Hannah asks. "Gnats." Aria corrects.

"Why do I feel like this is the wrong way?" Emily asks and I stop and look around. "No, this is it. I remember that tree. It's half point, there's 136 steps left to the shed." Spencer says.

"Have you been out here since... Allison?" Emily asks but I don't really care about their conversation. I care about my Jimmy Choo's.

When I tune back in they're talking about the shrine. "Doing it way out here makes it look like we have something to hide." Spencer says and I mean she does have a point. "You're worried about what other people think?" Emily asks.

"Aren't you?" Spencer asks. "Do you really wanna give that creepy detective more reasons to question us?" She bites making Hannah walk off.

"Hannah why are you so quiet?" Aria asks as we follow her. "I'm trying to keep the bugs in my nose and out of my mouth." She says walking ahead.

"You're allowed to have an opinion on this." Emily reassures. "You want my opinion?" Hannah says coming to a holt. "I think we should hold off and not remember her till we know for sure she's not still here." Hannah says making the girls confused and all start talking about how bizarre that is. I get where she's coming from, who else could be texting us?

"You asked my opinion." Hannah bites. "I don't believe she's really gone." Hannah adds before turning around and walking away.

"We went to her funeral!" Spencer counters and I roll my eyes. This all just seems dramatic at this point and it's stressing me out. "Yeah and when we left we all got a text from her." Hannah says.

"It wasn't her. Someone is messing with us." Emily says and I sigh. I just want to go to Noel's place now. "How do you know? And what about all those  nasty messages? I mean how does this 'A' person know stuff only Ali knew" Hannah asks. "She has a fair point. Who could Ali have told that stuff to?" I ask.

"Okay, this conversation is giving me a hive." Aria sighs. "That's a bite. Mosquito." Hannah squints her eyes.

"Spencer, have you gotten any more messages?" Emily asks. "Haven't you?" Spencer asks.

A rustling sound makes us all turn and look into the direction it came from. "What was that? Did you hear that?" Emily asks and I roll my eyes. "Yes, I heard that. I'm standing right next to you." Aria says.

"Hello, is anybody out there?" Hannah asks and I scoff. "No one is willingly going to answer you." I say and take a step forward to carry on walking but Aria grabs my arm, pulling me back.

"It's probably a rabbit." Spencer calms us down. "Hello?" Hannah shouts again. "It's a rabbit Hannah. It's not gonna answer you." Spencer says.

"Can we just get to the shed?" Emily practically begs. The rustling happens again. "Okay, that is definitely not a rabbit. Someone is out there." Hannah says.
