Meeting The Others ~Garnet~

(No POV)

You nuzzled deep into Garnets hair to where you were hardly visible. You quietly watch everything that she's doing as she stepped onto the WarpPad and warped back to the Temple. Your eyes widen as you see other people there.

"Garnet!", Steven yelled running up and hugging her leg.

"Hello Steven.", Garnet said smiling at the boy.

"What's up G?", Amethyst said setting on the couch and munching on some Chaps.

"Oh hello Garnet!", Pearl greeted with a smile on her face.

"I have something to show you all!", Garnet said her smile broadening.

Amethyst walked over with Pearl and Steven stepped back, stars in his eyes. Garnet reached her hands into her hair and gently grabbed your small body. You looked at the strange people in front of you and Garnet held you in her arms, showing you to them.

"Oh my gosh!", Steven whisper screamed as he pressed his hands to his face smiling, stars still in his eyes.

"Wow!", Amethyst laughed looking you over.

"Where did you get a human infant?", Pearl said with wide eyes.

"Long story.", Garnet said as you played with her free hand.

"Oh." Pearl said looking at you.

"Do she have a name Garnet?", Steven asked smiling at you.

"I've decided on (y/n).", Garnet said smiling at you.

"So we're keeping her?!", Amethyst asked excitedly.

"Well her parents are......dead. So I have to.", Garnet said smiling at you, you reached up towards her visor but she gently grabbed your hand.

"What happened them?", Pearl asked quietly.

"Peridot.", Garnet replied her smile fading.

"Out of all the terrible things she has ever don't this has to be the worst!", Amethyst said making her hands into fists.

"Yes. And she will pay for it. But for now we can just relax and take care (y/n).", Garnet said smiling at you.

You coo at the gems and they all smile at you. Pearl takes Amethyst out to buy some baby products and Steven hangs out with Garnet. They each play with you and hold you. Then they take you up to Steven's room and turn on some random cartoon. You yawn and fall asleep in Garnet's arms as the two watch you, smiles on their faces.
