When You Have a Bad Dream ~Garnet~

(So UraniiJungai suggested I do a chappy where dearest Reader-Chan has a nightmare so here it is. Your five in this one.)

Garnet had just put you to bed. She smiles at your sleeping form and walks to the temple door, going into her room. 30 minutes later you being to roll around and make small fearful noises. Finally you scream and open your eyes. Tears roll down your cheeks as you grab your pillow. Garnet runs in and looks at you. You hold the pillow tightly, she walks over.

"(Y/n) what's wrong?" She asked, you didn't answer.

"(Y/n)." Garnet said, she lifts you up and puts you on her lap, she hugs you and you drop the pillow, you hug her tightly.

"What's wrong?" Garnet asked stroking you (h/l) (h/c).

"I-I had a bad dream." You say quietly.

"Would you like to talk about it?" She says, you look up at her and nod.

"Ok." She replies soothingly.

"Well I was a baby.....and I had human parents and then this green lady ran in and hit them with this ball of light. Then she took me and put me in a basket and ran away." You begin to cry again, a look of horror was painted on Garnets face.

"Shhhhh......(y/n) it's ok." She pulled you in close.

You stayed like that for a while until you cried yourself to sleep. Garnet stayed with you the rest of the night. She held you close. Not wanting to ever let you go.
