After pulling an all nighter to watch your favorite show you weren't feeling the best. Your head and throat hurt and you felt tired and dizzy. Since it was already 9:00 you decided it would be a waste of a day to go to sleep and decided to get dressed. You close your laptop and get out of bed. You become extremely dizzy and fall to your hands and knees to wait for the sensation to end. When it finally does you stand and get dressed. You walk out of your room and into the kitchen to get some breakfast. Steven was setting on the couch on his cellphone playing Attack the Light. You didn't see the gems. They were probably on another mission. After seeing that Amethyst had taken all the food you walk over and set next to your dad. He glanced over at you and smiled. After beating another boss he put his arm around you and pulled you into a side hug. After a moment he looked at you.
"(Y/n) your warm." He said and look at him.
"Oh." You reply, he puts his hand to your forehead.
"I think your sick kid." He said pulling his hand away.
"Oh." You reply once again.
Steven out down his phone and picked you up. He carried you back to your room and out you in your bed. He pulled the blankets over your body and smiled.
"Get some rest ok?" You nod and he walks out.
You smile and close your eyes. You drift off into an amazingly perfect sleep.
