When Your Enemy Notices Your Gem ~Pearl~

You were sitting outside of the library. Since you had a gem you decided to go and do some research on the gem and other gems and stuff because you are a smart person. (It's so very true). You were just learning about how the gem you had, which was a (insert gem here), was made on earth when (insert enemy's name here) walked past you.

"Hey nerd! What are you doin?!" They yell as the walk over and grab your book.

"Hey I was reading that! Give it back!" You yelled as you tried to grab it.

"Just let me see it!" They yelled back as they pushed you away.

"Give it! Come on I want it back!" You yelled as you jumped up to grab it.

"I said wait!" They pushed you to the ground.

You look up at (enemy name) as they looked at your book. They studied it then laughed. Of course they would laugh. You could feel the evil within their soul.

"You seriously read this garbage?!" The laughed harder as you stood.

"It's not garbage! Now give it to me! I need to read it!" You yell as you try to grab it.

"And why would you need to read this?" They asked as they held it out of your reach.

"Cause I want to!" You yell as you keep fighting to grab it.

"What's that?!" They grab you with their free hand to look at your gem.

"Let go of me!" You screamed as you tried to pull away.

"It looks like a rock!" They laughed. "Haha! Rock girl! Your made of little rocks!" They laughed harder.

"I'm not made of rocks! And this isn't a rock it's a gem!" You kept trying to break away from them.

"Let's see if it's weak like you!" They try to grab it but you pull away.

"Don't touch me!" You screamed as you tried to punch them.

They dodge and swing the book at you. It hit your gem and it cracked. You scream and fall to your knees and hold your gem. (Enemy name) dropped the book and ran away. You sat there in pain just as Steven and Amethyst walked by.

"And then I was like....wait what did I say.....oh yeah! I screamed 'FLAPPYKUYEARS' as loud as I could and just ran off." Amethyst said and Steven laughed

They noticed you and walked over. They each were eating some snacks and stuff.

"Hey (Y/n)! What up?" Amethyst said as she looked at you.

Steven crouched by you and picked up the book. He looked at it and then at you.

"(Y/n)? You alright?" He asked as he put his snacks down.

"You hurt or somethin?" Amethyst asked as she crouched by you.

You looked up at them and uncovered your gem. They gasped and dropped their snacks. Amethyst shoved your book into her gem and looked at Steven.

"Let's get her to Pearl." She said as she picked you up.

"Ok." He replied as they ran towards the temple with you.
