Summary: Taylor and Travis go over to Jason and Kylie's house for lunch and Taylor ends up getting her period, but is too embarrassed to admit it out loud to anyone but Travis, and instead makes him talk to Kylie while Taylor hides away in the bathroom.

"Babe, are you ready?" Travis asked, sitting down on the bed patiently, waiting for Taylor to be finished getting ready. Well, at the start he was patient, but that was almost thirty minutes ago.

"Yeah, yeah! One minute!" Taylor replied.

"You've been saying that for the past, like, fifteen minutes!" Travis groaned.

"Okay, okay, I'm coming." Taylor finally walked out of the bathroom, donning a simple white v-neck shirt that's cropped right at her mid-section.  She was also wearing a jean skirt and her signature red lipstick.

"Do I look okay?" Taylor asked.

"You look absolutely stunning, baby." Travis replied, smiling. " alright, ready?"

Taylor nodded and Travis grabbed her hand, leading her out of the bedroom and towards the car. "Now, if there's no traffic or other problems, we should only be ten minutes late!"

"Alright. So early, in my book." Taylor replied and Travis just sighed, shaking his head and starting the car.

When they arrived, Jason and Kylie greeted them with hugs. The kids were currently with Kylie's parents so it could just be an adult, wine-filled lunch.

"Hey, you two know that you're, like, fifteen minutes late, right?" Jason asked after he hugged Taylor and moved into Travis.

"Yep." Travis nodded. "But Taylor likes to take her sweet time to get ready, so..."

"I did not take that long!" Taylor defended, turning from where she was talking to Kylie.

"Thirty minutes," Travis mouthed to Jason, holding up a three and a zero with his hands after Taylor turned away again.

Jason just smiled, shaking his head. "Okay, well, uh, ready to eat, then?"

Travis nodded and everyone made their way to the kitchen to eat.

"Wow, this looks amazing, Ky." Taylor commented, looking at all of the food that was placed on the table.

"Thanks." Kylie smiled.

Everyone sat down and started gathering food on their plates.

"So, Tay. How're you coping without the tour?" Jason asked. "Since, y'know, you were on it for almost two years and then suddenly it's over and you have so much more time for now."

"Well, right when it ended, it was a lot to kind of get used to since it was such a huge part of my life, but I'm doing a lot better now. Especially since I'm getting back in the studio a little bit. Travis and I have also been traveling a lot and reveling in the alone and free time until he has to head to teaming camp." Taylor explained.

Jason and Kylie nodded along, listening.

"We were in Nashville a few days ago." Travis added. "And I've been there plenty of times before but I never really had time to look around and enjoy it so, since Tay basically grew up there, she showed me around a lot more."
