Man Time

I wrote this one real quick today for Grace(painwouldforevermore) in return for animal photos👏👏

This is based off of the photo of Travis, Jason, and Austin, hiking in the photos we saw yesterday.

Summary: Travis, Jason, and Austin decided to go hiking and fishing for some "man time" as they call it while Taylor and Kylie stay home and watch the kids.

I was crashing out at Travis' new photos for the rest of the day and still am😫

"We'll be fine, baby. Go have your fun little boy time." Taylor insisted Travis as they all said goodbye before Travis left alongside Jason and Austin to go on a hike and do some fishing.

"It's man time. We are men." Travis corrected and Taylor rolled her eyes playfully. "Yeah, okay. Man time. Whatever you wanna call it. Have fun."

"I will but I'll miss you." He pouted and Taylor leaned up to kiss his plump red lips.

"Oi! You two can make out later! We gotta go!" Jason yelled towards the couple and they both turned to look at him.

"I'm coming, I'm coming." Travis replied, turning back to Taylor to give her one more quick kiss. "Alright. Love you."

"Love you." Taylor replied.

Travis turned and headed to where the other two were standing by the door, Kylie a few feet away and Taylor trailed behind him.

"Alright, we're off! Text us if you need us." Jason said.

Taylor and Kylie nodded and the three men walked out, the bags of supplies they'll need draped over their shoulders.

When the door closed, Taylor and kylie looked at each other. "Well, off they go. To have their little grown-up time."

"They grow up so fast." Taylor replied, faking a sniffle.

Kylie laughed. "Well, we should probably get back to the kids. Coloring and Bluey will only have their attention for so long."

Taylor giggled and they walked back into the living room where all of the kids were, besides Finn, who was finishing up her nap.

"So, you big on fishing, Austin?" Travis asked as the three of them walked through the trail.

"Used to be." Austin nodded. "Growing up, we had a lake like right in our backyard in Nashville and we used to go out to it all the time. Then, when Taylor started to get big and her music money was coming in, she bought our dad a boat as a present. He named it Fearless and we used to take it out every weekend."

"Awe, that's sweet." Jason replied.

"Yeah." Austin laughed.

Travis trailed shortly behind Austin and Jason. After a bit of thought, he grabbed his phone from his pocket and turned it on to the camera roll.

"Hey, guys, let's take a picture. I'm gonna send it to Tay." He said.

Both Austin and Jason turned around to pose for a photo. Travis then went to messages and sent the photos to Taylor with the caption
"Man Time💪"

He set his phone back in his pocket and jogged as best he could to catch back up to the other two.

They only had to walk for a few more minutes before finally finding a nice little spot where they could fish and relax.
