Travis sighed to himself as he scrolled through his phone. Taylor has been gone for a few hours, at the studio with Max Martin and Shellback, putting a couple tweaks on Taylor's next album, The Life Of A Showgirl.

Travis tried to distract himself away from missing his girlfriend by playing some video games and cleaning up a little, but now he was just scrolling through his phone as the minutes ticked by.

As he scrolled through twitter. He came across a few photos of him leaving the gym without a shirt on. By just looking at the photos, Travis' first thought was man, I look good. He had been trying to lose some weight and get back into shape for the football season, and he's happy with his progress so far.

And then he made the mistake of going to the comments. He was expecting other people to maybe notice how in shape he's gotten so he could maybe feel good about himself, that was not the case.

Instead, the comments were filled with nothing but insults, about how he has too much chest and back hair, and how he looks fatter then before, and of course there were the obvious comments about how shocking it is that this man is with Taylor Swift.

                              Comments:

No way Taylor's actually into this💀

No way she went from Matty and Joe to... this.

Good lord tell him to shave and lose some weight. The chiefs are doomed.

Travis was never one to abide by stereotypes. He thinks anyone has the right to show their emotions whenever they need to. But he couldn't help but feel even more pathetic at the little tears that filled his eyes. I'm a grown man and I'm trying not to cry over a few Twitter comments. If I didn't already feel pathetic before then I definitely do now.

I mean, Travis knew that Taylor was out of his league, and he's just as shocked that she's into him, but seeing other people agree and just make fun of him and his looks, hurts a little.

He didn't have as much time as he thought to collect himself 'cause he heard the slight jingle of Taylor's keys and the. The doorknob turning.

Travis sniffled, straightened up, and wiped the tears from his eyes.

When Taylor walked in the room, she lit up the room with her soft smile. "Hey, baby." Her eyebrows instantly furrowed. "Everything okay?"

Travis nodded, standing up. "Yeah, yeah. I'm fine. I, just, came across a video of an otter being saved from a net and it made me tear up a little." He shrugged.
