"Alright, baby. I'm heading off." Travis said as he walked into the living room where Taylor was sitting, scrolling on her phone.

"Alright," Taylor nodded. "Have fun, tell them I said hi. Sorry I couldn't come."

Travis leaned over the back of the couch, kissing Taylor softly. "I will, and no worries. The lifestyle of the biggest popstar in the world is busy, they get it."

Taylor smiled, leaning into give him another kiss. "Mm, I love you." She mumbled.

"I love you, too." Travis replied. "I'll see you tonight. Movie night?"

"Sure. Can I pick?" Taylor pouted.

"Sure. I mean, you always do." Travis smirked as he stood back up fully, turning towards the door.

"That's 'cause I have great choices!" Taylor called after him and he laughed, opening the door.

Ever since Taylor's tour ended, she's been living with Travis in Kansas City, which has been amazing for both of them. Taylor was a little nervous at first that she would become a burden when she began to live with him more permanently, but Travis quickly eased her fears.

"You could never be a burden, Tay." He had told her softly. "It would be an absolute dream to get to wake up, spend the day, and fall asleep with you."

And he was very right. Every morning he woke up to her beautiful body curled into his side, he pinched himself to make sure he wasn't dreaming and to thank whatever force brought her to him.

But recently, Taylor seemed off. Not anything absolutely crazy, just in slight things, but when Travis knew just about everything you could possibly know about Taylor and her mannerisms, he was definitely a little worried.

It kinda seemed like she was hiding something, everyone once in a while she'd run off to the bathroom for large intervals at a time, sometimes when Travis walked by she would hide her phone, and one time he came home from practice to find her crying in the bedroom, staring at her phone.

There have also been certain times where Taylor had refused certain foods and drinks she used to like. Sushi and steak, being a couple of them, and wine being another.

Travis hated jumping to conclusions, but he couldn't get the thought of what was going on out of his mind, and why she didn't wanna talk to him about it.

When Travis arrived at his mom's house, he was greeted by Donna who pulled him into a hug and ushered him into the house.

"Hey, guys!" Travis greeted Jason, Kylie, and his dad, who were sitting in the living room talking. "Where are the kids?" He asked, giving Jason a hug.

"They're with Kylie's parent's." Jason replied. "So it's just the adults right now."

"Ah, gotcha." Travis replied, giving the rest of the family a hug as well. "So, how's Taylor?" Ed asked.

"She's great." Travis smiled, like he usually would while talking about the love of his life. "She says hi. And that she's sorry that she couldn't come."

"Ah, don't worry about it. She's busy." Ed shrugged.

"Alright, everybody. Lunch is ready and at the table so let get in the kitchen." Donna called out and everyone got up from where they were sitting in the kitchen to follow Donna into the kitchen.
