Tbh, there was a request for this specifically, and then right under it was a request for a chapter similar to my "In-Law Backup" chapter, and this is also kinda similar, so I'm basically knocking out two requests in one chapter👍

Summary: Taylor and Travis got into an argument before Travis's family was gonna come over for lunch. During the dinner, Travis accidentally snaps at Taylor in front of everyone else.

Travis let out a sigh as he stirred the roast in the pot while Taylor was upstairs getting ready.

Being in a fight with his girlfriend right before his family came over was not something that Travis wanted to happen.

Last night, Taylor and Travis went out on a date to a nice bar. While there, this one woman in particular started to get a little too flirty and handsy with Travis, and the worst part? Travis didn't even seem to notice. At one point, after they had gotten away from the girl, Taylor had to go to the bathroom, and by the time she got out, the girl had made her way back to the booth that she and Travis were sitting at. She was laughing at something Travis did before gently setting her hand on his bicep.

Travis, being insanely clueless, didn't make any move to stop her or push her away. Taylor, even though she knew that Travis was kinda clueless when it came to other people flirting with him, was still upset and angry for obvious reasons.

They didn't even make it home before the fight broke out.

"You were getting pretty close with that one girl," Taylor commented on the drive home.

"What? Who?" Travis replied.

"That girl in the bar," Taylor replied. "That was talking to you almost all evening."

"Oh, Sarah?" Travis replied nonchalantly, glancing between the road and Taylor quickly.

"So you literally know her name?" Taylor replied.

"Uh, yeah. She told me?" Travis replied, confused as to where this conversation was going.

"Mhm, what else did she tell you? Her phone number? Bra size?" Taylor retorted.

"What? What are you talking about, Tay?" Travis replied.

"Just that your two were pretty close the whole evening, other people probably assumed that you two were the couple," Taylor shrugged.

"Are you seriously trying to accuse me of flirting with someone else?" Travis asked, gripping the steering wheel tighter.

"If the shoe fits," Taylor replied.

"This is fucking ridiculous, Tay," Travis sighed. "I didn't fucking flirt with anyone or cheat on you."

"I didn't say you cheated on me, but since you brought it up," Taylor replied.

"Oh, for God's sake, Taylor," Travis replied, which showed how annoyed and angry Travis was getting since he never called her by her full first name anymore. "This is ridiculous! Why would I ever cheat on you??"

Taylor shrugged. "I don't know, you should be asking yourself that question."

"And the answer is that I wouldn't!" Travis exclaimed.
