This wasn't a request, I don't think, but I felt as if a Taylor birthday one would make sense considering, well... HAPPY BIRTHDAY TAYLOR:)

Summary: Taylor and Travis have a nice, calm morning to celebrate Taylor's birthday before both of their families come over to spend the evening with them, which is when Taylor realizes how happy she was that this was the family that she was gonna marry into.

The soft morning light shone into the room over the king-sized bed where Taylor and Travis lay, sleeping peacefully, cuddled up together.

Travis woke up first, his eyes softly fluttering open. He blinked his eyes together until they adjusted to the light. He then turned his head to glance at the birthday girl sleeping next to him.

Travis turned over briefly to check what time it was. It was only 8:25, so Travis decided to let Taylor sleep longer before he bombarded her with birthday kisses.

Today was Taylor's 36th birthday, and Travis couldn't wait to spend the day spoiling and pampering her.

They had until around one o'clock until both of their families came over to have a nice lunch and spend some time together.

Taylor had offered to cook for everyone, which Donna insisted that she didn't have to since it was her day, but Travis made it clear that Taylor absolutely loved to cook and was happy to do it.

Travis lay awake in bed for around half an hour, letting his eyes drift around Taylor's sleeping face, not being able to take his eyes away from her beautiful sleeping face.

When she eventually began to wake up, she turned over in bed and subconsciously cuddled her head into Travis's shirtless chest.

He waited patiently as she adjusted to being awake.

"Good morning, my beautiful birthday girl," he commented after he noticed that she was more awake now.

Taylor smiled sleepily. "Mm, thank you." She mumbled into his chest.

"What would you like to do for your birthday morning before our family gets here?" Travis asked.

"Mm, cuddle," Taylor replied, letting out a relaxed sigh.

"That sounds fantastic," Travis replied, rubbing her back in circles.

Taylor smiled, "What time are our family getting here?"

"Around one," Travis replied. "So I was thinking that we could just have a quiet morning in and I'd let you open one of the presents I got you, 'cause I think it's more meaningful if you open it with no one else here yet."

"Oh, is it dirty?" Taylor asked, raising an eyebrow suggestively.

Travis laughed, "No. just, personal, I guess."

Taylor nodded. "Okay. Let me just cherish how comfortable I am right now for a few more minutes, and then I'll go change, and we can go downstairs."

Travis nodded. "Okay, sounds good, sweetie. Just take your time."

Taylor hugged Travis tighter. "I love you so much."

"I love you, too, baby. My precious birthday girl," Travis replied, and Taylor giggled.

They lay in bed for a few more minutes until Taylor groaned and decided to get up. Travis went ahead and headed downstairs, grabbing Taylor's present on his way down.
