I've been walking behind Haku and Zabuza for the past couple hours now and I was getting tired.

"May we rest now please?" I asked for about the 50th time already.

"Haku, if this child asks this question again, I'll have YOU kill her," seethed an annoyed Zabuza.

Immediately Haku spun around to me and lifted me up on his back.

"See, You can rest and I can train," he said with a smile.

"Thank you," I said, and boy was I grateful.

"I really do not want to kill you, you are interesting," he said.

"Um, thank you?" I asked.

He just chuckled.

"It will be very interesting to have a person to speak to other than master," he said as in an attempt to start a conversation, however I was becoming increasingly sleeping.

"Hmhm," I muttered before falling asleep.

MEANWHILE

A man was in the middle of a Naruto themed room, curled up in a ball and bawling his eyes out.

He was so deep in sorrow that he hadn't notice the door being open to reveal a woman with jet black, wavy hair, sparkling blue eyes, a strait nose smack in the middle of her round face, and perfect heart shape lips painted red with lipstick, dressed in a maid's outfit.

"Sir!" she shouted, as she ran to the man. "Sir speak to me! I can't find the young mistress anywhere!" she shouted.

"Alyssis is gone forever," whispered the man. "Forever."

"Sir, what do you mean Alyssis is gone?" questioned Anne.

The man got up trudged towards his lab with a frantic Anne in tow. The hallways seemed to grow longer as the pair made their way to the lab.

When they entered the paper infested room Miss Anne's eyes widened.

"What's that?" she questioned in referance to a huge dome like contraption that stood in the middle of the floor.

"It's an inter-dimensional Portal Synthesizer. It teleports you to any known place or any place that you have a subconcious desire to visit," he explained after he gained his composure.

"So what does this have to do with Alyssis?" Asked Anne.

"I have a feeling that she somehow got into my lab and unknowingly used the machine," he theorized. "When I came back from eating my dinner, I came back to my lab to find that my machine was activated and Alyssis' ninja journal gone."

He then collapsed on the floor.

"If that's the case, then we can never get her back," he cried out.

"Are you sure?" asked Anne.

"I'm positive. The machine was not finished so we would have no idea where she is, she could farewell be in any part of the world by now or even worse a dimesion," he confirmed. "And besides, she doesn't have the return bracelet."

Anne just looked down in sadness. The little girl who she had taken care of from the day she was born was just ripped out of her life just like her best friend was.

"Can't we do anything to get her back?" asked Anne in an almost desparate tone.

"Anne, she could have gone anywhere. My child is a very imaginative child," explained The distraught man.
