MAYUKI/ALYSSIS

"Who are you," I asked in a low whisper. 

She stopped drawing, looked up and smiled brightly.

"I am the one who named you Alyssis," she said.

I gasped and tried to scoot back. However, I was too weak and couldn't move my body.

"What do you mean YOU named me Alyssis. No one should know my real name besides my father, my nanny and my mother, who might I add has been missing from I was born," said.

"Well, if your mother was missing, do you know where she went?" asked the woman.

"N...No," I said while turning my head. Suddenly a burning sensation erupted in my body. I began to cough and small spatters of blood flew out of my mouth.

"We can talk after I seal this curse mark," said the woman. She stood up and closed her eyes. Suddenly, the temperature in the room dropped dramatically and he hair began to change to a silver color, her ears disappeared and two fox ears appeared on top of her head, her nails became sharpened, whiskers formed and a tail popped out. When she opened her eyes, one was ice blue and the other was green with 3 tomas and a star in the middle.

"Wha... Cough ... What did you do? You're the lady I met in that icy place!" I exclaimed.

"Yeah, and I'm your mother," she said. It all came back. What... What if she was telling the truth. I still can't trust her though.

"Give me your arm," she ordered. I held my arm out, and she continued to draw characters. When she was done, she held my arm while doing half of the sign of the tiger with that hand and the next half with the other one to her lips. My arm began to get cold and the snowflakes began to glow brightly and move. They all moved down to the cruse mark and merge into one snowflake. When it was done, there was a solid black snowflake on top of the curse mark, I guess cancelling it out. The snowflake then glowed and pulsed, disappearing with the curse mark altogether.

"Thank..." before I could have say you, my eyes stung and I saw an ice kunai flying my way. Immediately, I created my own and blocked it when it was really thrown. "What was that fo... My leatogan is working again!" I exclaimed. I expected my tail to sway, but when I turned around it was gone. I felt my head and my ears were gone, and my nails were back to normal.

I looked at her, to only look her in her eyes. Both of them held the Leatogan now. Before I could have reacted, I found myself standing in the middle of a dark room and with a man with dark blue hair and eyes yelling at me and pointing to a large black fox.

"Get on Nala now Yukina!" he said as the audio began to play. I felt as if I couldn't control myself.

"But, father," I said but not in my voice. "I can stay. I thought that you sent a Nakamura in my place."

"They found out about you, Yukina. The branch family is coming to get you," said my father. "You are our last hope, Yukina. You are the Princess of the Kitsune Clan."

With that, he picked me up and placed me on the black fox.

"You will be summoned back when it's safe. The portal will take you to the same dimension as to where we sent the Nukamura child and you will be sent two years in the past to make sure they don't find you," he said. "Go Nala!"

The fox sped off into a blizzard. I looked back to see a great fox outside of a huge mansion. Suddenly, the great white fox let out a huge yelp and it fell.
