Chapter 29: Forest of Realization (Part 4)

It's been two days now. My teammates weren't nowhere to be found, and I was still in my Kitsune form with the snowflakes still glowing on me. I rewet a towel and placed it on Sasuke's head. I wonder why I didn't pass out like him. 

I was keeping on my guard, seeing as I knew that Dosu and his little tribe would be popping up soon. I change Naruto's head cloth while still keeping my guard up. Sakura went to set up a few traps for us. This was a life and death situation that we were in, so, there was no time to leave out any flaws.

"Mayuki-chan," said Sakura as she walked back to me. "It's my turn to stand watch."

I nodded, and get up from my place. I had to use the bathroom really badly, and if I waited another minute I would totally wet myself. Remembering what happened to Naruto when he went to pee, I materialized a kunai from ice. That and my leatogan was freaking out. It is weird how I could have made that out of ice, but I needed to touch anything else for my ice release to work. Shaking my head, I found a bush and placing the ice kunai in my mouth, I did my business.

Suddenly, I heard the bush rustle. I removed the kunai out of my mouth, to only see a squirrel dash out. I sighed in relief, but I sighed too soon. Everything went black.

When I came to, three ninjas were circling around me. They were from the cloud, judging my their headbands. I tried to get up, but my hands and feet were bound and my mouth had a paper seal on it.

"She's awake," said a ninja with short spiked brown hair and brown eyes. He had on a black tee shirt with tight black pants that went to his knees. Bandages then went from his knees to his feet which were covered with white but bloodied ninja sandals. I gasped and tried to move back. They killed or hurt someone, so they could do the same to me too.

"Where are you going?" said a feminine voice as my hair was grabbed. I screamed in pain. "I was hoping to see my Ryo-kun in the exams, but you came. Our sensei told what was up between you and that traitor Yukine."

Yukine? I've heard that name before. I wracked my mind, but the pain of my hair being pulled stopped me from thinking.

"Kira," said another voice. "Enough, she's too weak anyway."

I looked up to see a ninja with blue hair and hazel eyes that hid behind glasses, reading a scroll.

"If this scroll is correct, she is a Kitsune. And if she is a Kitsune, the prophecy is unfolding right before our eyes," he said. He tucked the scroll into a fold in his black kimono. "That means that she has a high bounty over her head."

I tried licking the paper to see if i could have made a hole in it, but it was too thick. Taking a wild guess, I believe that this seal stops speech.

"I say we ditch the chunnin exam and take her to a bounty place to reap our rewards," said the feminine voice. I looked up to see a girl with purple eyes and light pink hair what was tied in four buns. "Kenshii, I think sensei would like that. We would foil that traitor's plan."

"Wind style: Wind shuriken jutsu!"

Suddenly, a gust of wind came rushing, and it hit the three cloud ninja. They skidded across the dirt and slammed into a tree.

"Good one Miku-kun, eto." My ears perked up as a sparked ignited a flame in my memories. That was the ninja from Iwa!"

I looked up to see her and two other ninjas perched on a tree. One had pink eyes and blonde hair that was in a high ponytail. He had on a white fishnet shirt with a half cut black shirt under it. He also had on black knee length cargo pants and black ninja shoes. The other had black spiked hair and looked exactly like Kirito from SAO. he even had on his clothes without the cloak and to top it off, he had a broad sword o his back.
