Heyy guys. I really can't classify this as an Anne Knows Best, but this is not a regular chapter. I don't know what it is, and it's important so it's not a filler. Any way, enjoy. Oh, and before I forget, please read Books Of The Day by JadeOpalAmber she has a superb reading list, so I bet that in her book she will be recommending some great books as well. You can also ask her to include yours if it's under 1k reads. Just let her know, and don't forget to check out her other books and follow her! Thanks.

On to the bunch words (I seriously don't know what to call it!)

ANNE

Thomas and I had just finished the series, but it was well in the night when we did. I thought it best that we didn't go looking for Alyssis in the middle of the night. We would be lost anyway, so it's best not to be lost in the night.

Currently, I am walking along the silent streets of the town in which Thomas and I reside. It's so strange that the town is always bustling and busy, and Alyssis has absolutely no idea about the world outside the mansion. I inhaled the sweet aroma of Jasmine trees that could have been found almost anywhere.

Coming up behind me, the bright flash of red, white and blue cascaded on the pavement and the white picket fence that I was walking along side of.

Brakes could have been heard as the police cruiser pulled up next to me.

"Good night, Miss Anne," said the officer as he rolled down his window.

"Good night, officer Vargas," I said as I nodded towards him.

"Late night at the mansion eh?" he asked.

"Yeah," I agreed, while rolling my eyes. Officer Vargas was one of the young officers of the police force. The same force that always was the stop button on my shenanigans. He has always had a crush on me from the day I got arrested for 'defacing public property'. And come to think of it, that was a whole 15 years ago.

"Hey, Anne, How about I give you a ride home?" he asked. His gray eyes sparkling in anticipation for a yes.

You see, I don't live in Thomas' mansion. Even though he begged for me to live there countless of times, I just felt as if I was depending on him too much, and moved into my old home... well after my parents died of a strange accident that involved being impaled by icicles in the middle of June. And yes, I can say that nonchalantly, because they never wanted me anyway.

"No thanks. The atmosphere out here is quite refreshing," I responded with a small smile, which dropped at the sudden crack of thunder.

A few minutes later I was sitting in the front seat of the cruiser.

"So how is Thomas and the Little one?" he asked.

"They're right there. Thomas still working on his inventions and Alyssis being a mini terrorist," I said with a slight chuckle.

"I don't think that you should be the one complaining, Shakespearean Demon," he said with a small chuckle.

I shook my head making my curls whip around me. "She doesn't need to know about that."

"Why?" he asked.

"Cause then whenever she acts up she'll throw my past in my face." 'If we can find her.'

After that I just resorted to looking out of the window. I didn't feel like speaking anymore. I really missed the little Narutard.

We arrived at my mini mansion like house. It wasn't as big as Thomas' home, but it was still huge. I thanked officer Vargas for the ride home.
