Gently leaning into Jai, Athiss allowed the man to continue kissing him. But it wasn't because he liked it and wanted it. It was the complete opposite he hated it. But the moment the door opened and Athiss could smell that scent.

The scent of the man that he wanted-,no needed to forget. After all the man didn't care about him, about them or the sham that they called love and marriage. The moment that the intoxicating scent reached his nose all of his care went right out the window.

He knew that this wasn't him. He wasn't someone who would do this to himself or those that it concerned. But after that dream and everything, he just didn't want to take it. So he allowed himself to indulge, if you could even call this that.

Athiss knew that if Cheryl was here with him now and he was telling her this story that she would tell him that he was being stupid and irrational. But he couldn't help it. When it came to Vaughn he never could help it.

Besides at the moment he didn't wish to deal with Vaughn and all of his lies, and rehearsed words. There comes a time when you can't take it anymore. And he knew that he was far passed his time of caring about what the man had to say.

If he was being honest with himself here. He had hoped that everything that happened earlier was just a dream. Something that his mind had conjured up from all of the anaesthetics, he was sure that he was on. But now that he could smell the aroma of the man across the room he knew that it was anything but a dream. It was more like a nightmare, one that he wished he could wake up from now.

All Athiss wanted to was run, hide and disappear. He didn't know why Vaughn was here and in all honesty he didn't care. He didn't wish to deal with him. He was over Vaughn utterly and completely. Okay that was a lie, but he could pretend to be if it meant that he didn't have to deal with the man and the scent that was driving him insane.

He wished that Vaughn would go back to the hole which he came from and leave him the hell alone. They were over and done with. Athiss had made sure of that by signing those papers.

Slowly closing his eyes Athiss started to wonder: "Why was he here now, after all this time why did he pick this instance to be in front of him?"

Athiss groaned softly as Jai's tongue pushed into his parted lips. Slowly twirling and swirling around Athiss mouth. He knew that Jai was trying to make this into something sexual, something that it wasn't and never would be.

He knew that after the other night that Jai had hope. But sadly that hope will be left ungranted. Athiss didn't want Jai like that. He honestly didn't want anyone like that. He was better off alone, that was better for everyone and him.

But sadly his heart and mind weren't listening to what he had to say because the only thing that Athiss could think about while Jai was kissing him was Vaughn. And boy was that a mistake because moments later Athiss let out a soft moan. A moan that was anything but friendly, It was a moan that spoke volumes, and it was a moan that only Vaughn had heard before today.

It was so special that it was only meant for the one that he loved. And here he was allowing someone that wasn't that special person to hear it. Of course it didn't help that he wished that it was Vaughn kissing him, touching him.
