Kaden leaned into me, completely trapping me in his grip. I liked the feeling of being in his hold. I grinned at him, feeling my heart racing in my chest as I looked into his beautiful yellow-green eyes. The corners of Kaden's lips turned upwards into a smirk before he leaned his forehead against mine, "Your heart skips a beat every time I look into your eyes."

"Mhm." Was the only thing I could respond with before Vinny's cheerful voice cut through the room, "Here's another Ensure for you, kitten."

Vinny sat down on the couch beside me, pulled my right hand off of Bash and into his as he forced Kaden's arm off of me before he replaced the empty space with his arm then pulled me into his chest, "Sweet little kitty, kitty, kitten."

I leaned my head back and looked at Vinny. I didn't know why he pulled me away from Kaden. Vinny's eyes met mine and he forced a smile onto his face, "You can go back to cuddling with your boyfriend when the movie starts."

I rolled my eyes but leaned into Vinny's side before lifting Bash to my chest with my left hand. Vinny wrapped his other arm around me almost greedily as he leaned his head down on top of mine. Vinny planted a small kiss on my forehead, "I just feel better when you are in my arms."

Toby chuckled, "You sound a little bit jealous to me, Vin."

"Sue me for wanting her attention before you two fill her head with Pokemon." Vinny snapped before adding a chuckle, "And I want her to think I'm cool before you two talk shit about your dads and influence her to hate all of us."

I turned my head to look at Vinny. I didn't really know what he was talking about, but I knew I could never hate any of my dads. They all took me in and they have all showed me that they care about me. I mean, even Ryan has shown me that he cares about me even though he is always grumpy. Vinny's eyes met mine and I whispered before he had the chance to make a sound, "I love you too much."

Vinny grinned at me before planting a kiss on my cheek, "Aww, I love you, too, little kitten."

I laughed as Vinny raked his fingers on my scalp, making my long blonde hair go in all directions. Vinny laughed with me before wrapping his arms around me and pulling me into a tight hug, "You really don't know just how much we all love you."

I knew they loved me and that was enough for me. I kissed Vinny's cheek, "Thank you."

Vinny rolled his eyes as he released me from his hug, "You don't have to thank me."

I scrunched my nose up as I looked at him. I wanted him to know how grateful I was that he actually cared about me enough to love me. It meant a lot to me that all of these vampires have taken me in as their own family. I sighed and wrapped my arms around Vinny's middle section and hugged him tightly, hoping he would understand what I didn't know how to say. I felt Vinny's chest give a hard thump before he chuckled again, "Okay, okay. You're going to crush my lungs if you don't stop."

I let go of Vinny and sat upright as much as I could with his arm around me. Vinny leaned his head on mine again, "But if you're going to thank me, then I want to thank you for making my heart beat again. I also want to thank you for bringing Chris back to life. He was lost for so long."

It felt like my face was on fire. I didn't know what to say to that, but it made me feel really good. Vinny chuckled then pulled his arm back to his side, "Alright, you can cuddle with your boyfriend now. But I want you to know that it's my right as a father to embarrass the absolute fuck out of you in front of your boyfriend and your friends."

Ricky chuckled as he and Chris walked into the lounge room, "You're right about that. Too bad our embarrassing dad power doesn't work on Kaden and Toby since they know us too well."
