Chapter 6 | Reporting

|so so sorry for the late update but u know last friday was my bday and then my friends didn't leave me 😂💕|

COLIN'S POV

I wasn't letting Jen sleep in her trailer. Alone.
Maybe she would go to the hotel again with me.

I knocked on the door.

No one answered.

Was she already asleep?

"Jen?"

I put my ear next to the door and tried to ear anything.
I heard cries.

"Jen open now I know you're in there!"

I tried to open the door and for my surprise it was unlocked.

I ran to her. She was lying on the floor, her cheek against the cold floor.
"Jen what happened?!"

She kept crying and not looking at me.

"Answer me!"

Her body jumped with my yell.

"Jen I'm worried with you I'm not going to hurt you." I said now softer.

I grabbed her and pulled her onto my lap.
She grabbed herself on me with her arms around my neck.

"He came again..." She whispered still in shock.
I squeezed her body and placed my hand on her hair.

"Are you hurt?"

"I don't know... My back is burning."

I helped her getting up and sat with her on the bed.
I slowly slid off her jacket while she kept crying quietly.

"Can I?"

She looked at me. Her eyes red of crying.
Her lips dried.
She nodded and looked away.

I carefully pulled up her shirt and sighed with what I saw.
Her back was all red. Turning dark.
I softly pressed my thumb on her skin.

"Is it too bad?" She asked innocently.
"You should show this to someone-"

"No." She cut me off and I swallowed. "I have some cream in my trailer." She said.
"Where?" I sighed.
"In that drawer. The second one."

She pointed me the way and I sat again now with the cream.

"I can put it myself."

I looked at her without knowing what to do. Shall I leave? Shall I help her?

"Let me help. It's okay." I said and squeezed the container letting the cream spread on my hand.

I grabbed her hair with my other hand and placed it upon her left shoulder.

I slowly rubbed her back with the cream.

"You need to tell the police."

"Didn't you hear the part that he knows people that would kill me?!"
