Chapter 13

Nikki's POV

"This is gonna be funny" I say putting the bucket on the top of the door

Me and Bree got bored and had a plan

I'm not 3 the bucket isn't filled with water. It's filled with glue

Adam and Chase crashed in my room last night after some stupid soda chugging contest

I heard the snoring stop

"C'mon get ready there waking up"

Adams POV

Best soda chug ever!

I won!

I cheated by using my favorite soda

Chase used Fanta

I just woke up I noticed Chase was awake too

"I won" I said with a smile stretching

"Whatever" he said rolling his eyes

"C'mon lets go down I have to tell Nikki by before she goes hang out with Lauren" he got my attention when he said Lauren

Did I have a crush on her? Maybe

She's really nice and always smells and cookies and bacon

I followed Chase to the door only to suddenly covered and some kind of goo

I heard the crash of the bucket and I saw Bree and Nikki throw something on us

I looked at myself I was covered in glitter and glue

The girls were laughing at us

"Hey Chase look I'm ready for Christmas" I say looking at the shineness

"What was this for?!" Chase said looking at the girls who were still laughing

"Oh come on its funny" Nikki said

"It's gonna take me forever to get this stuff off" he said pounting

Which I could tell Nikki thought was cute by the way she softened

Gross!

"Oh yeah Adam you don't like Lauren right?" She asked

"No!" I say

I would never admit that to Nikki Lauren's best friend since Pre-K

"Good cause I invited her over and she should be here"

*ding dong*

"Now"

She turned to open the door but I got her arm

She used her strength and speed to get out of my grip

Lauren couldn't see me like this!

Nikki's POV

I thought this would be fun

I know Lauren likes Adam. She told me. And it's pretty obvious he likes her back

I went to the door to get Lauren

"Hey girl" she said hugging me

"Hey look we wanna pull something on Adam you in?" I whisper

"Sure what you need?" "Just get really close to him and stay close he gets nervous around you. Ok?" "Gotcha" she said winking

I grabbed her arm and lead her to there room

I opened the door for it to be dark "what the?" "Get her!" I hear soon me and Lauren I grabbed and I feel something in my hair

The lights are turned on and were covered in paint!

"Ahhhh!" I scream high pitched

I look at Chase I could tell my eyes were getting red by his expression

Lauren looked mad too

"What was that for?!" I yelled

"Sorry we thought you were Bree" Chase said trying to hug me

"Don't touch me. You got it in my hair! This is blue paint Chase! With my BLONDE hair! My hair will be blue!" I say sighing and storming out to get cleaned up

Lauren's POV

"You've done it now" I say to Chase giggling

"What's wrong with her?" He asked looking worried

"No body messes with her hair that's when she gets mad. Her mom even tried to put it up before and she wouldn't let her"

He looked sorry

"You better hope she doesn't give you the silent treatment. After breaking her favorite head band once she didn't talk to me for a week" "a week?! I didn't mean to get her that upset! Adam this is all your fault!" We look at Adam

"I regret nothing" is all he says

I laugh he's so cute

"Well I'm gonna check on Nikki to see if she's ok" "good luck!" I say as he leaves

Nikki's POV

"Talk to me Nikki please! I'm sorry! I thought you were Bree"

I was currently giving him the silent treatment no gets my hair blue and gets away with it

I point to my hair

"Yes I know it blue now but you still look great" he said. I stayed emotionless

"C'mon Nikki please don't be mad" he said sitting by me on the couch I stared at the TV not looking at him

"Nikki please!" I point to the door motioning for him to go away

"I'm not leaving til you talk to me" I roll my eyes

He grabbed my arm making me look at him he rammed his lips onto mine I didn't kiss back. I loved him but I didn't like when people messed with my hair

"Please just say something" he says giving me the puppy dog eyes

"Go away" I say

I turn my attention back to the TV

"You talked!" He cheered

"Yes, now go, I'm mad at you" I say

"Ill be back" he says walking out the house

"Whatever" I say

I decided to take another shower to try and get the blue out of my hair

Chase POV

I was glad she said something but she was still pretty mad

I decided I'd get some things she likes to get her to forgive me so I ran to a quick convience store

I walked in going down the isles getting the stuff I needed

I got her favorite movie Mean Girls,a J-14 magazine,her favorite candy sour patch kids,and a rose since its her favorite flower.

What can I say? I know Nikki well
