Chapter 35 Part 1

Nikki's POV

"I'm not your partner?" I think out loud.

Chase and I were sitting together in chemistry and we were just assigned a partner for our project. Except my partner isn't Chase. It's some lug from the football team. No, Chase got Gwen Homest. She's really smart and pretty. But I don't like her. She makes my blood boil. And now she's got my boyfriend as a chem partner. "It will be ok. We live in the same house so we can each bring our partners there" he reasons putting his arm around me. "No it's not ok. It's Gwen Homest, I don't like her and I don't wanna be around her" I snarl looking at her direction. But her eyes are focused on Chase when she sends over a wink. Something pinged in me that made me kiss Chase. As if claiming my territory.

Gwen and I are nemisis. We got into a little mishap in middle school when the witch 'accidentally' put glue in my hair. Then I 'accidentally' used her white blouse to take the paint off my hands in art. It's gone back and forth and she would really be getting to me if she did something with Chase. Chase pulled back grinning "your jealous" he sung chuckling "I am not" I sung back. Is it so wrong not to want a girl near your boyfriend? "Ok class now I'll need you to switch seats and sit by your partner" the teacher says. Could this day get any worse? "you will also be required to swap numbers so you can meet up after school" spoke too soon. I grunt before Chase kisses my cheek "it's gonna be ok it's just for a week" I roll my eyes and go sit next to my partner.

Through class I could hear Gwen saying the dumbest of things to make Chase laugh. Or Chase would say a smart joke he and I would only understands but she laughs like she knew it "OMG Chase you are hilarious!" Gwen squeals "o-m-g Chase your SO funny" I mock under my breathe. I am not jealous I just feel bad about this.

Gwen's POV

Was I into Chase? Yes. Did I know it bugged Nikki? Yes! And that's just a bonus. Chase is pretty hot. I just don't know what he's doing being with Nikki. She's a cheap shot. I'm obviously better. Prettier,talented, just about everything. Chase will be sure to choose me by the end of the week. I find he's also a brainyack. Making jokes only a college student could understand. But he's still really cute

"So Chase we should meet up at your place tonight to work on the project" I say with my hand lightly on his arm. I felt Nikki's eyes burning a hole in my head making it better "um sure" he answer. "Great" I kiss him on the cheek and leave for my next class. This will be too easy

Chase POV

I don't see why Nikki hates Gwen so much. She seems nice.

We were now walking home and Nikki wasn't speaking to me. "C'mon Nikki nothing's gonna happen" I beg "aha she's already got you brain washed" she exclaims "Nikki, nothing's gonna happen" I scoff. "How are you so sure?" She asks. I wrap my arm around her waist "because I've only got eyes on you" I say kissing her cheek which makes her soften under my touch. "Fine but I'm staying in the living room with you two so I can be sure nothing happens" she negotiated "ok" I say as she pecks my lips. I'm a total geek. It's one having Nikki actually like me but Gwen? Not a chance. I don't want her any way. Nikki may be a bionic ball of fury with a second personality but she's also living and Caring and I'd do anything for her.

"Gwen's here" I call out to Nikki as she walks in from the hallway "so am I" she plants herself on the couch. I open the door and was greeted by Gwens smile "nice house Davenport" she compliments. Her smile fades once her eyes lock with Nikkis "whatre you doing here?" she asks "I live here" Nikki says matter oh factly. Gwen draws in a breathe "oh clingy?" she asks rudely. I see Nikkis eyes burn red and that's when I decide to swoop in. "ill be right back I gotta speak with Nikki" I say going over to Nikki and pulling her into the hall. I noticed Gwen being rude to her so she deserves to be mad this time. I hug Nikki trying to calm her down "she calls me clingy? One false move and I can make every clothe item in a 50 mile radius stick to her body" Nikki threatens "but nothing is going to happen. Your in the room. Plus I would never hurt you" I say kissing her cheek. I feel her soften to my touch. "fine but im not leaving. I gotta bad feeling about this" she says and I nod and peck her lips before we leave back to the living room.

Nikkis POV

Look at her gawking at him while he rambles on about protons. Hes so clueless. Gwen was after him and I knew it

"Listen, you better not let her get him"

I hear my voice but with an accent say. Lola?

"Yeah its me and you better not let her any where near Spike or so help me-"

"Don't worry im not"I assure my second personality

"I got something up my sleeve if she gets too close to my Spike" she syas making me curious

"I got it covered. Power down for now" I tell Lola

"Ok but im watching" she warns before I feel her disengage.

As Gwen gawked at Chase while he staid Clueless as a bird I decided to occupy myself with Eddie. Eddie liked me, we were cool ever since I upgraded his battery percentage when he was bothering Tashas book club. "SO, why are you watching this? Its completely boring! All there doing is studying" Eddie complains "I know, but shes up to something I just know it" I reply. "I could help. I got this new feature where I can electricute burgalers" he offers. "But Gwen isn't stealing anything" "As far as we know" I catch his drift "yeah but I cant Chase will be steamed" I say sadly. "cmon itll be fun!" he complains "no Eddie" I deny. "Plus she should be leaving soon. Do me a favor and alert me if anything happens?' I ask from my legs growing tired. "Sure, then can I electrocute her?' he begs "then you can electrocute her" I allow. I take one last look and head off to my room.

Chase POV

I told Nikki she had nothing to worry about. She still seemed mad about it. Maybe we can watch her movie later and cuddle on the couch. I know she loves it. "I think we got everything covered" I say clapping my hands together and grinning "thanks Chase you were so helpful" she says flirty like while having her hand against my chest. "Ok well it was nice seeing you" I say standing up as she did the same. I hold out my hand "night" I say but she grabs my hand and pulls me to her all while crashing my lips into hers. I pull back without kissing back. "See you in school" she says winking at me and leaving.

Oh I am in a world of trouble

Gwens POV

I did it! I can tell he liked it. I mean my kissing is way better then Nikkis. As I walked out the door I felt something shock me "ouch" I sqeaul. I look around expecting for it to be Nikki but I see no one. Only a matter of time before Chase comes crawling to me.

I mean look at Nikki and look at me, clearly im the better choice. I cant believe she lives with him. Clingy much? Shes so pathetic! She will probably end up dying alone. While I marry Chase, a guy whos loaded in cash. Which will make me rich. That's all I really care about. The money the Davenports have. Nikki mustve used some pretty good skill to trick them into letting them live in there house. I applaud her on that but I will win

Eddies POV

Sure I could've zapped her like I told Nikki I would. But whats better then blackmail? ill give it to Nikki as soon as I get an upgrade to Tashas Tv screen so I can ruin there cutesy gross moments. I got the kiss all on video. Yeah I stopped it before Chase looked like the good guy for stopping it. Whats fun about that?
