Chapter 10

Nikki POV

It's been 3 weeks since the fight.

Chase and I have been in bed.

Lauren and Bree have been helping us get better

Adam helped a little but just to get closer to Lauren.

We have been getting stronger. Thank fully today the doctor said we can get out of bed.

Chase and I had watched tons of movies and a little kissing here and there. Fine a lot. You don't really get bored when your in bed with your boyfriend.

I had just had woken up cuddled up with Chase with his arms around me while my head was on his chest along with my hand on his chest.

I looked up at his adorable expression that he had when he was asleep and kissed his cheek.

"Morning" he said in his morning voice "are you ready to have fun today?" I asked smiling

We had planned to go to the beach. Just Adam,Bree,Chase,Davenport,Tasha and I

Tasha suggested it because she thinks davenport has been spending too much time in the lab. Which I know for a fact is true. I may have been in bed for a while but he still used me as a test monkey. Why not Leo? I'm sure he wouldn't mind an bionic power or two.

We all agreed on the beach. I wanted out of this house and to have some fun.

"Yeah" he answered stretching "your probably tired of waking up to see me everyday" I say laying on my back and rubbing my eyes. Chase chuckles and turns to me "Please if I could redo these 3 weeks over again with you. I would" "awww" I say pecking his lips.

"Well lets get ready" I say getting up

After we were standing,Chase got hold of my hand and spun me around. His hands at my waist and my arms around his neck.

"Ill be in the lab changing. Come when your done" he says smirking. Our cuts and bruises have healed and we looked normal again.

"Ok" I say as he leaned in and I did too. Our lips in sync with each kiss.

I pulled back and smiled. "We can finish this later" I say with my finger on his bottom lip.

"Ok" he said kissing my cheek and leaving.

After he left I locked the door and started changing.

I put on my dark blue bathing suit. With my white shorts and flip flops. It showed my stomach. I was ok with it because I needed a tan badly. Not being in the sun for a few weeks, drained any color I had out of my skin. After I was done I went into the lab. As the elevator doors opened "who's ready for the beach!" I say as everyone looked at me. "What?" I asked confused "There's a sun flare we need to stop it" davenport said. "How?" I asked clearly lacking information. "You guys are gonna stay in a RV until the windows are open and you can stop the flare. Thousands of lives will be saved. You will be heroes" me and Bree cought on fast "are you just making it sound cool so we won't complain?" Bree asked. "Yes. Well lets go" we rolled our eyes and were leaving.

Me and Chase were the last to leave. He was behind me as we walked out.

Suddenly I felt arms wrap around my bear stomach.

I was pulled into Chases embrace "I love how you look in that bathing suit" he said with his head in the crook of my neck. "Thanks you look pretty good yourself. Now lets go" I say leaving

"So let me get this straight we have to stay in the ugly lady while you,Leo, Tasha are gonna have fun while we're cooped up in here?!" I say freaking out.
