Brandon's POV:

It's so amazing how my sister who has been missing Callie since she moved out can ruin an entire day. Mariana crossed the line saying what she did to Callie, but that is just how selfish my sister can be sometimes. "Talk about overreacting much?" Mariana said after Callie left the room to calm down. I was about to stand up, and follow Callie but my dad said he wanted to talk her which stunned everyone because we all thought my dad hated Callie. "Mariana can i please talk to you outside?" I ask her with a slight edge in my voice. Mariana stands up, and starts walking towards the front door; and i follow her leaving Sophia alone in the living room. "Look Brandon i know your are annoyed with me, but please don't yell at me." Mariana says. "I am not going to yell at you, but what the hell is your problem?" I ask her. "Seeing you two together; happy, and so in love makes me realize that i am once again alone because i screwed up my relationship Mat. I know that he has every reason to hate me, and never speak to me again as i did cheat on him with Wyatt. But that doesn't mean that i don't miss him." Mariana says with pure sadness in her voice. I was about to say something to her, but my phone starts to ring so i check to see who it is. "Hello?" I answer the phone. "Hello is this Brandon Foster?" The person on the other end asked me. "Yes this is Brandon Foster." I reply. "Hi Brandon. This is Lawrence Gilmore, and the i am calling to let you know that your performance at Disney Hall will take place next week. We hope that it doesn't interfere with any prior commitments." Lawrence told me. "No it doesn't interfere with anything. I am looking forward to performing at Disney Hall!" I say causing Mariana to have the biggest smile on her face. "We will e-mail you rehearsal times, and sort out the rest of the details. Just to let you Mr. Foster; we have some scouts from Julliard coming to watch you play as well. See you in a few days Brandon." Lawrence said before hanging up. 

"Holy shit." I grumble completely stunned that my dream was about to come true. "So... when does my genius big brother get to perform?" Mariana asks. "Next week sometime. I assume on Friday, but that totally fucks me up with school starting." I say to her causing Mariana to laugh. "Brandon you do remember that Lena is one of your moms right? She'll gladly give you a week off to gear up to perform at Disney fucking Hall!" she says pulling me into a hug. "Thanks Mariana. I should call moms, and tell them." I say as Robert pulls up to the house. "I think you should tell Callie, and Mike first to be honest. And since you are going home tonight; tell moms in person." Mariana says. "Don't worry i'll apologize to Callie." She says walking  inside as i stand on the front porch in a daze. "Hey Brandon." Robert greets me bringing me out of the daze. "Oh hey. I hope someone told you that my dad was here." I say with a chuckle. "Yes Sophia texted me letting me know that her, and Callie invited Mike. I have never actually had a conversation with one, and other so i am looking forward to it." Robert says opening the front door. "Are you coming in?" Robert asked me. I nod my head, and follow him inside. 

"Hey Dad. Where is dinner?" Callie asked. "Well i brought pizza home, and the Chinese food will be here in 20 minutes." Robert says setting the pizza on the counter walking to grab plates. "Hey dad; can i steal you for a minute?" I ask him which causes Mariana to have a grin on her face. I swear if my sister tells Callie before i do i will probably never do anything nice for her again. "What's up B?" My dad asked me. "So the people from Disney Hall called me a little bit ago. I am scheduled to play next week, and a scout from Julliard is coming to watch me play." I say causing my dad to pull me into a huge hug. "This is incredible Brandon! Although they could've given you more notice." He says causing me to laugh. "Well at least i get some rehearsal time, and time to convince myself to not mess up my own piece." I say. "Have you told your moms yet?" My dad asked. "No. I am going to wait until i get home later to tell them about it. It's only fair that i tell them in person; as i did for you, and of course Callie." I say to him causing my dad to laugh. "Of course Callie what?" I hear someone say behind me. "Before they run out of pizza i am going to join the rest for dinner." My dad says patting me on the back before leaving the room. 

"I brought you some pizza." Callie says handing me a plate. "Thanks. So i have some good news to tell you. I got the phone call about my Disney Hall performance today." I say to her causing Callie to have the biggest smile on her face. "When?" She asked. "Next week, and that is not all so save your excitement." I say causing Callie to giggle. "A scout from Julliard will be in attendance; so if they like me they might offer me a scholarship." I say causing Callie to kiss me softly. "Oh my god this is so amazing! You are going to blow them away; they'd be so fucking stupid if they didn't give you a scholarship at the end of the night." She says kissing me again. "I am so proud of you babe. You've come so far, and now your dream is coming true." She says to me causing me smile. "This performance can make or break my future." I say to her. "Brandon, you played that song at Idyllwild with no sheet music in front of you. So no negative talk right now; you are more then amazing." She says to me. "Thank you for believing me even when i didn't believe in myself. You have been the my biggest fan even since you came into my life." I say to her causing her to chuckle. "You are pretty easy to root for Brandon." She says kissing my cheek. 

As i stand staring the most beautiful woman i realize that no matter what happens next, my dream has already come true.
