Love Me Harder

Brandon's POV: 

What started out as a bad idea having Callie join us for dinner turned into an even worse idea when moms found out about Wild Play. I find myself standing in the back yard watching Callie walk back to the driveway, and planning the right words to tells moms about my "guys night" with Mat. As i begin to walk towards the door Mariana, and Jude join me on the back porch. "Moms are insane." Mariana says while sitting down. "Why?" I ask not wanting to the answer because it has to do with Callie. "Basically after Callie stormed out of here; moms don't want her around for a bit." Mariana says causing my anger to flair up. I look over at Jude, and can see how devastated he is right now. "Jude this isn't your fault. I'm going to talk to moms." I say. "Brandon please don't make this worse." Mariana says causing me to shrug that comment off, and walk into the house. "What is this i hear about you banning Callie from the house?" I ask staring them both in the eyes. "Brandon this doesn't concern you." Mom says to me drying the dishes. "Actually it does considering that Callie is my girlfriend, and Jude's sister." I say feeling beyond annoyed. "Brandon we are well aware that Callie is your girlfriend,  but she disrespected us by throwing a fit. So yes we are not allowing her to enter our house until she apologizes." Lena says causing me to shake my head. Before i say something i am going to regret i decide to walk up to my room to grab some of my clothes. While putting some clothes into my bag Mariana enters my room. "Where are you going?" She asked me. "I don't know which version i should tell you." I say causing Mariana to sigh, and roll her eyes. "How about the truth." She says to me causing me to chuckle. "Robert, and Sophia are gone for the night so Callie, and I are finally having a night together by ourselves." I tell her. "Oh i see. That's is far too much information. What are you going to tell moms?" She asked me. "I am going to tell them i am having a guys night with Mat." I explain which causes Mariana's face to fall. "Right. Well go get her tiger, and your secret is safe with me." Mariana says, and she gently pushes me while walking out of my room. 

After grabbing everything i needed I walk downstairs to see moms sitting in the living room. "Where you going B?" Mama asks me. "Mat, and i are going to hang out tonight." I say to them hoping they bought it. "Sounds fun. If you decide to stay overnight just call okay?" Mom says to me. "Sounds good." I grumble, and walk outside to my car. Before leaving i decide to text Mat, and thank him for covering for me if my moms decide to follow up. Then i text Callie to let her know I am on my way over. 

Brandon: Baby see you in 30 minutes or less. 

I hit send, and throw my car into gear to begin the longest 30 minute drive in history. I am not exactly sure what Callie has planned for us tonight, but i am not the biggest idiot in the world i had a feeling. My phone beeps, and i wait until i roll up to red light to check it. 

Callie: You have no idea how excited i am about that. 

25 minutes later I arrive at Callie's house where i suddenly get nervous. Callie, and I haven't had anytime real time alone since we got together so just that thought has me terrified. The last time we were intimate she was almost taken away from me forever. That thought scared me as something always ruins us, and this time i might actually not be able to handle the heartbreak. After sitting in my car for about 10 minutes caught in my thoughts; i decide to finally get out, and go find Callie. I approach the front door to find a note on the door that read: 

I am in the backyard so just come, and join me. Xo Callie. 

I reread the note on the door, and realized that i need to get my shit together so you don't ruin this. I open the front door, and I can faintly hear music coming from outback. "Callie?" I say hoping she can hear me. When i didn't get a response i continue to walk towards the back door; trying not to scare her if she's deep in thought. That's when i see her sitting beside the pool looking radiant, and so focused on the water. "Callie?" I ask as approach her causing her to turn her head towards me. "Took you long enough." She says with a smirk on her face. "Well i can't help traffic, and red lights babe." I say to her sitting down next to her. Callie rolls her eyes, and lays her head on my shoulder. We stay like this for what felt like ever, and there was absolutely nothing that can ruin this moment. "So are your moms mad at me?" Callie says in a small childlike voice. "About what?" I ask. Callie lets out a sigh, and lifts her head up off my shoulder. "About storming out of dinner." She says looking straight ahead. "Callie it doesn't matter. Moms are being ridiculous, and they shouldn't be so protective of Jude." I explain causing to Callie to look at me. Instead of answering me with words; Callie leans into me, and kisses me softly. Kissing Callie was the most magical feeling ever, and i could spend the rest of my life doing this. Callie starts to pull away, and she just looks me in the eyes. "What's going on in that pretty head of yours beautiful?" I ask her causing Callie to smile. "I am just thinking about how lucky i am to have you. And i am also thinking about going for a swim." She says standing up, and taking off her clothes. She was wearing the bikini that she wore on the camping trip. Yes this woman will be the death of me, but it'll be a beautiful death. 

"Why are you staring at me?" Callie says with a confused look on her face. "You are beautiful." I say to her causing Callie to have the biggest smile on her face. "Well instead of staring at me like a perv you should join me." She says sliding into the pool. "Oh wow this is actually really warm." She says splashing me. "Seriously? You want to splash me?" I say to her causing Callie to laugh. "If you want to get play this game B; you have to get in here!" Callie says swimming away from where i was standing. Oh so she wants to play this game i see. "Game on baby." I say taking off my shirt, and jumping into the pool. Callie was totally right the water is warm, and comforting. That's when i realize Callie disappeared, and i was wondering where she went. That is when i feel something or someone jump on my back. "Gotcha!" She says kissing the side of my head, and jumps down my back. "Very funny Callie." I say to her. "Come on Brandon have some fun." She says placing her arms around my neck. She was right; I had to allow fun, and cherish this night with her. "You are so right." I saw causing Callie to chuckle. "I know that." She says pulling me into a passionate kiss. 

"Where is your head B?" She asked me after pulling away. "I don't know. I am trying really hard to not ruin this." I say to her. Callie just looked at me with such love in her eyes. "Nothing is going to tear us apart again Brandon. I know your moms are hoping for that, but it won't work. I love you too much to let you go again," Callie says to me. And for the first time i actually believed her more then anything. "I believe you." I say to her bringing her closer for another kiss. At that very moment; everything became silent. It was as if nothing else existed except for me, and Callie just the way it should be.
