Recap from part 2:

"I thought you would know?" I asked curiously. "I don't think you know about this, but I don't feel good going about and ransacking people's minds as if I'm a memory thief," he stopped and faced me and I could see the seriousness in his eyes. "Oh," was all I could think about.

"We're here," he opened a door to welcome me into our 'apartment'.

Part 3 (Still Christine's POV)

"WELCOME!" A group of boys shouted together. I gaped in shock as they, those unknown guys, came forward one by one, and gave me bear-like hugs that left me gasping for air. "Okay okay enough of hugging her. Can't you see she's gasping for air already?" Nick commented as he led me towards a few plush sofas and pushed me down gently onto one of them and sat beside me.

The other boys came to sit with us too and Nick began his introduction. "This is Zelda," he pointed to the guy nearest to me who looked goth-like and intimidating. He had a Mohawk hairstyle and the tips were dyed a deep, dark purple.

Light blue eyes, paired with a muscular body, made him more mysterious. "Hi! I'm Zelda! And I know you're Christine. Nice comment of me too," Zelda winked. Whoa seriously I don't know why guys like to wink at me. "Because you're cute. But you know that. So you just have to bear with it," Zelda winked again. Sigh...

Nick continued on. "This is Kres and this is Kes. As you've figured out yourself just now, they're twins. Surprisingly, they both are gays. I've never seen anyone like that," Nick pointed to a pair of twins who had their hands around each other's waist lovingly. Cool to have twins who are gays. "Thank you!" Both of them replied in synchronization. Then, I got to know the one with the longer fringe was Kres while the paler one was Kes and Kes was the older one of those two. "Do you want to know why we're here?" Kes suddenly blurted out. Huh..okay..

"Nice job, you are already learning how we work. Anyway, a few years ago, me and Kres fell in love another pair of twins, who were both girls, but they already had their own boyfriends. Kres and I were heartbrokened so we vowed to be gays. Over the years, we hardly met any gays so we turned to each other. Our parents were sort of ashamed so they sent us away in case we hooked up with any of their gays friends and also to try to hide the fact that we're gays. So here we are, introducing ourselves to you. Kres, darling, say hi to our new roommate!" Kes nudged Kres who giggled and then said 'Hi' to me. I beamed and waited for Nick to introduce one more guy to me.

"This is Sam. He's the so-called cleverest among us. He like studying and helping us with our theory homework.," Nick pointed to the last guy. "Hi," I greeted politely. "Hi! If there's any trouble with you homework, please come to find me. I'll be pleased to help a beautiful lady like you," Sam winked. Uh seriously guys around here better stop winking at me and creeping me out with whatever mind-reading thing.

"As I've said, you will know more about this school a few days later during your lesson on history of school," Nick replied my thought. Hmm...I thought he said he's not a memory thief...

"well, I'm sorry. It's a little hard to remember that there's someone younger than you and that makes it very easy to read their minds," Nick apologized, "And there's another guy who's not here, but you will get to see him soon. His name is Blake. I'll take you to your room. Oh yes, two beds are in one room, and since Kes and Kres are sharing one, me and Zelda are sharing one, Sam somehow likes to sleep in the living room so the only bed left for you is the one in the room with Blake's. Find with that?" I think so...

"Okay, let's go to your room."

He continued carrying my luggage and I walked empty-handed behind him.

As we walked, he told me more about the apartment. "Every apartment has three rooms. As you already know, only two persons are allowed to sleep in one room, but our apartment is a special case in which we have a total of seven people living in here because Sam prefers to sleep in the living room, and the school is trying to accommodate more students into this school but they're running short of apartments so we let the school squeeze in another student with us which turns out to be you. We're real lucky to have you with us."

He walked down to the last door of the straight hallway and opened it for me to enter first. "Thanks once again." "It's my pleasure," he replied smoothly.

I wasn't sure about walking into the dark. Just when I was about to feel around the patch of wall near the door for the light switch, the lights turned on by themselves. "How-?" I started to ask but Nick answered before I got my question out. "You can on the lights from outside too," he patted an area near the door outside the room which the wall blocked my view.

"Too bad you can only on the light from the outside, you can't off it from the outside. It's a nice trick if you want to wake people up, just on it from outside and laugh at those sleeping getting out of bed, wondering what time was it and then slump back to bed. I can say once we come to this school, everyone simply loves to sleep, then get scolded for getting to class late," he smiled as if he's on an inside joke.

"Come on, Christine, I'm sure you'll want to unpack your stuff soon. I'll just put your luggage on your bed. If you need me, I'm either in the living room, kitchen, or the room at the other end of the hallway which means it's the first one we passed by. There's also another light switch inside every room. Bye."

"Bye," I barely started saying the 'B' and he's already out of the room with the door closed. Huh...I surveyed the room curiously. There were two beds obviously, arranged in a parallel pattern with the windows perpendicular to the head of the beds. Frankly saying, this room is a little to small for two persons to live in especially when I'm a girl sharing a room with a guy... I need room for privacy too.

I can't just have a guy sleeping opposite me to do whatever he wants. And there's a pair of plain black boxers on his bed (his bed is the one away from the wall, mine's the one to the wall). Because we also need space for closets, the unknown guy's bed is practically in the center of the room and our closets were at another corner of the room.

I watched in disgust at a trail of underwear and boxers near the unknown guy's bed. I'm very sure it had been a long time since he washed them. 'If he doesn't want to wash them, I'll help him wash them seeing he has a bad hygiene attitude,' I thought to myself. Don't get me wrong, when I said I would help him wash, that doesn't mean I'm going to hand wash them for him. Surely there's a washing machine somewhere in every apartment. The funny thing is that I don't even know where the toilet and washing machine is.

I continued packing my things and waited for the 'unknown guy' to come back.
