Recap from part 47

Christine carried one of Blake's backpack on her shoulders, and another hand-held luggage-bag in her right hand.

"Hey! That's not fair! Christine, why do you only help him! I need help with my luggage too!" Zelda complained, half dragging a super sized pull-along luggage behind him, panting from the effort needed to even drag it to where Zelda was standing.

"Er..."

"Enough said. Christine you are really going to help me carry this," Zelda shove a pouch to Christine's hands, who stared at it in surprise.

"Ah...I guess so," she answered awkwardly.

Part 48

As they chose their seats on the 1st class cabin on the plane, Christine felt strangely familiar. Well, the last she had been on a plane, it was with Nick. Now, it was with a whole bunch of muscular and damn energetic guys. And to add emphasis on that, even Kres was laughing along with them. She very rarely ever saw him laugh like that, so free of worry and troubles.

In fact, as Christine sat back and relaxed, she felt as if she was dreaming, but she knew this is happening, as real as her life is. She had never went overseas with any friends before, let alone going back to Singapore with her school-friends-cum-roommates. What she was upset about was that Aldrin couldn't come along with them. It would have been like a family overseas trip, except now, it's more like a short holiday from school, not to mention that she could introduce them to her friends from SG. She had a feeling that things would be fun.

"Christine, sit with me," Blake's voice snapped her back to reality.

"Okay," she managed with a smile. They took the seats by the window, with Christine sitting beside it.

"What's Singapore like?" He asked curiously.

Christine thought for a moment before answering him. "Mm...there are a lot of high rise buildings, lots of forms of entertainments and the such...yeah. Not much privacy though, what with the high rise buildings packed closely together, but air's great."

"Oh? Hmm...are we going to a hotel or to your house?"

"Most likely my house. And all of us will be by ourselves there. My parents have a separate house not far from mine though. My dad bought me my house about a year and a half ago. The nearest house from mine is about at least 150metres away, so at night we can be as noisy as we like."

"And what will be we doing at your house?" Blake lifted his eyebrows suggestively at her. Instantly, she felt herself blush. She was so not going to think about things like that on board of a plane. Who knows, the plane might crash right when she was crazy about him.

"Whatever we think is okay. Don't suggest anything yet, but I reckon you might wanna stay indoors once we reached there, depending on..."

"On what?" Blake's eyes glittered.

"On how spontaneous you are."

"Oh baby I sure am. Haha," he laughed softly.

"Don't speak too soon. You don't know what you're saying," Christine tried hard to hide her smile but failed.

"Really." He bent towards her and gave her a gentle but sweet kiss on her lips.
