I'm packed off to a boarding school in the middle of nowhere...oh and I don't think they're humans~32~
recap from part 31
A few moments later, I shifted so that she was on top of me again, then I smiled at her. "Baby, we're going out today."
Her returning smile was what I've been wanting to see. And this time, our date would be far more exciting than the previous one...
Part 32
-back to Christine's pov-
Blake smiled up at me, and said, "Baby, we're going out today."
That got my attention. "Where are we going?"
"It's a surprise, so I'm not telling you," Blake winked playfully, pinching my nose softly.
"Tell me!" I tried pouting and tickling him, but he did not tell me where were we going. Hmm...I hope it'll be something like yesterday's picnic. I enjoyed it a lot, but the god-damned rain had to come and disrupt us.
"I'm not telling you no matter what you do, this is a surprise, you know," he said matter-of-factly.
"But at least tell me, if not I'm not going out of this apartment today," I threatened.
He raised his eyebrows doubtfully. "Are you sure? Won't you come running to me and say that you really regret your 'earlier' decision and feel like coming with me for our second date? Surely you won't want to miss your second date with me?"
"Give me a hint. Are we watching a movie? Or something? Or studying in the study area beside the cafeteria?" I tilted my head, wondering where did he actually plan to take me to.
"None of the above. We gotta go bath already, Christine, it's been more than one day since we last bathed and aren't you worried that we've got some kind of mixed B.O. After this?" Blake gestured to the ruffled and stained sheets we were lying on. A thought came into my mind. -What a great day to watch everyone's bedsheets!- note the sarcasm. Ha ha. The other's clothes too. I'm sure they love wearing clean and fresh clothes instead of rewearing the same clothes over and over again without washing them for god-knows-how-long. I'm the maid for the day. Sigh...there's their breakfast too. Hopefully they hadn't woken up yet so that I'll have a longer time to prepare it.
I waited for Blake as he chose our clothes that he wanted us to wear.
"You know, I've got to do the chores before your surprise, Blake," I said.
"I know, so that's why I'm choosing some other clothes for you to wear for the maid-service," he teased, placing our 'dating clothes' on clothes hangers and hanging them on the knob of his closet. He took our towels and clothes and we went bathed in the bathroom together without any disturbance from any other guys around, thankfully, though Blake had his needs again when I undressed to bath, and another time while we bathed, and a few more times when I was getting into my clothes. So, in the end, I had to spend about a few hours just to finishing putting on my clothes which equaled to not bathing at all, because you see, we're both sweating hard, but then again, we don't regret it either.
Blake and I made breakfast for the other guys who had just woken up, just when Blake and I left the bathroom, so when they were busy bathing, Blake and I were diligently making their breakfast, although I have to admit we did play while doing it. Of course, I remembered to pour out the milk for everyone, in case people like Nick got hold of the milk carton and start drinking directly from it.
Over the week, I've gotten to know that Blake, Nick, and Zelda like food which is sweet. Sam likes food that are nearly bland. Kes and Kres like food that are hot and spicy and we all had the honors to watch them feed each others during meals. Another thing I've realized was that Sam was the only tidy eater. Z was the worst, he always left bits and pieces of whatever was given to him on the plate without bothering to eat them up cleanly so I was always forced to throw away the those which were left on the plate, which were a waste.
I looked up as a giggle followed by a "Oh my Kres, don't be shy, eat them up, I'll feed you!"
"Kes, do you mind to not do this kind of thing during meals? I'd like to keep the food in my stomach, thank you," Nick exclaimed.
"My dear Nick, this is called 'showing brotherly love', okay? Hmm...maybe you just don't get it. You want the same treatment from me?" Kes smiled sweetly.
"Okay boys, let's not sit here and bicker childishly. We'll finish our meal and then you all will go watch a movie in the living room. How's that?" I suggested.
"Yes madam!" Nick saluted me. I burst into laughter.
"What's so funny?" Nick asked, confused.
I continued laughing, then, when I recovered from th laugh, I stated, "You've got a small piece of omelette right by your mouth."
"Really?" He lifted a hand to catch the piece of omelette, but missed it several times and he sat there looking silly. "There's nothing on my face, Christine. You cooked too much of this, and now you're hallucinating about it. We've got to get you to a doctor later."
Blake wrapped his arms around the side of my waist. "There's nothing wrong with her, idiot. You simply couldn't find it," Blake stuck out his tongue at Nick.
Before Nick could try to figure out where the piece of omelette was, Kes reached out and picked it from Nick's face, then placed it in his empty plate and blew a kiss at him. "Brotherly love, Nick."
"Aww great," Nick rolled his eyes.

"Blake, could you please help me get Nick, Z, K & K's bedsheets for me? After I'm washing our bedsheets then it's their turn," I called out to Blake, who actually helped out for me. I guess being ordered around by me was kinda fun. Kinda.
"I'll be back in a while," Blake shouted back.
Like the last time I was doing the laundry, I did some mopping of the floor while waiting for the washing to complete. And just like last week, Nick, Z, K & K were enjoying the darned movie while I was cleaning up the house. Darn it. Free loaders.

Blake had blindfolded me so that I didn't know where we were going. I followed the sound of his voice, which led me to I-don't-know-where. I only knew there were soft rustle of leaves nearby. Maybe we have a picnic again?
I held my breath as Blake took off the blindfold.
