I'm Packed Off To A Boarding School In The Middle Of Nowhere...Oh Yeah I Don't Think They Are Humans~12~
Recap from part 11:
"So, what do you think? Am I good enough for the team?" I faked a smile at the teacher.
"Yes, but your attitude can be improved," the teacher glanced down at me with his fake smile plastered on his face. It sickened me so much that I had the urge to punch him then and there. So, he thinks he can look down on me just because he's taller than me? He might want to be careful when walking outdoors. Some day the lightning would hate him so much that it would just strike him. I snickered.
"That's not even funny, girly," he marched off.
Part 12
"Just ignore him, Chris, he's always like that, always with that sulky face, 'cause he knows he can't even play badminton properly," Aldrin grinned happily, back to using the nickname he'd been using on me since years ago. He clasped his arm around my shoulders, and led me back to Sam and the others. They were hysterical.
"Oh my god I've never seen any girl play badminton as good as you! But of course, excluding those women in the Olympics!" Zelda pranced around clapping his hands gleefully. The others did no less too. They did the 'Three Cheers' cheer for me and drowned me in their huge and massive bodies and I couldn't see what was going on in the surroundings.
Suddenly, the crash of glass sounded in the same hall we were in. Instantly, the guys went quiet.
We looked to where the sounds came from; the side of the hall nearer to the exit with the water cooler a short distance away.
"GET A GRIP, SON! PROVE TO THEM YOU'RE WORTH IT! ONE MORE TIME WITHOUT REACHING MY EXPECTATIONS, SAY GOODBYE TO EVERYTHING!" Someone bellowed outside, followed by strange strangled sounds, then a thud of body against the ground.
"I'm sorry, okay?! I'm not your perfect son, I'm not like Aldrin! I'm not anything like him! I'm completely different from him! He's your dream son! Damn it, you might as well adopt him," the other person shouted. I could tell he was hurt, but was trying to mask it behind his defiance. Whoever it was, I pitied him. To be trying to please a parent is already hard enough, but to be hurt physically too? One day he'll go out of his mind. I've got to help him.
I ran over to where the destruction had took place. What greeted my sight was not what I had thought. A bloodied Blake was lying on the floor with shattered pieces of glass surrounding him like a gigantic halo. Blood ran in trickles down his forehead, and his left arm had bits and pieces of glass embedded inside. There was quite a number of pieces of glass embedded in his skin near his eyes too.
I gasped. So he was the one with the stress-giving father. Which made me outraged even though I sort of hated him.
I turned to his father, and paused for a while as his features sank into my brain. He looked just like Blake, but only an older version.
When I found my voice, I began chiding Blake's father as if he were my son. "Hey, Mr Blake, there's no need to hurt him like this. He's human too! And humans have feelings. Unfortunately, I don't think you are, because no parent would want to harm their own son! You give him so much pressure, he'll explode one day! Believe me, you'll regret all you've ever done to him then. But it'll be too late unless I stop this. YOU have to stop this. You want him to be as successful as Aldrin, but you're only giving him more pressure by comparing them both together. Everyone each have their own talents, and it won't do Blake any good if you try to make him the same as other people or if you try to make him blind. Come on, old man, you've been a small and vulnerable kid before. Can't you even spare a thought for you son?!"
In answer, the older Blake gripped my neck tightly, slowly lifting me up the ground.
My windpipe was getting crushed. By Blake 'Senior'. I struggled, but I was no match for him. He was a lot stronger than me. Just as I thought I was about to suffocate to death, I distantly heard people running towards us, perhaps to stop him. But who knows? I'll be dead if I still do not get out of his death grip on my neck.
Then, suddenly, I was released, just as someone grabbed my arm as I collapsed onto the floor.
"BITCH!"
I could hardly hear Blake Senior scream as I lost consciousness..

I woke up to white ceiling above me, and I looked around the room. Lying on the bed next to mine was Blake. His eyes were closed and I guessed he was either taking a nap or just trying to act sleep. Either way, I felt a surge of pity for him. He must have resorted to bullying me, this helpless girl in the same apartment as him. I guess he's gotta relieve himself of the torture, but that doesn't mean I'll let him bully him just for the fun of it. I'll help him-by becoming his enemy, and keep his mind focused on bullying me. Maybe he'll feel much better.
As I watched, he started to stir. Then, his soulful eyes met mine. I wanted to say something to him,to reassure him that everything was fine, but those words were stuck in my throat. Instead, I said something else. "How are you?" Typical me. Ha ha.
"I...I guess so...Why did you want to help me? I've been so...I've been a jerk to you, but you still...helped me..." his voice broke at the 'helped me' part. Any insult that was on my mind faded.
"I don't condone bullying," I flashed a smile at him. The weirdest thing he did...was to smile back at me. I must be dreaming. With us smiling to each other here was so relaxing and quiet, as if what had happened was just a dream.
"Thanks anyway."
Voices appeared from outside the door quite a few meters away from us. Then, the door was opened by Aldrin, with Sam and the others following at his wake. Aldrin's eyes landed on me, then he beamed.
"Yo, sister, you alright?"
"Yeah, I'm okay."
"No thanks to you, Blake,"he said to Blake, who looked away and closed his eyes.
