I'm packed off to a boarding school in the middle of nowhere...oh and I don't think they're humans~41~

recap from part 40

I was shocked at his sudden intention to leave. "Wait, Nigel. Where do you have to go?"

I'll have to go to the office to be quarantined, just in case the virus had spread to me."

What?!" I couldn't believe it. How could the people in the office suspect he's carrying the virus? He looks fine to me.

"Don't worry. If I'm clear, I'll get to go back to my apartment. Until then, goodbye," Nigel shut the door.

Part 41

"Okay, that was weiiird," Blake cocked his head to the side. "Who would just disappear at this kind of timing? It's not fun man, damn! And that Nigel, I've got a bad feeling about him."

frowned. "Maybe you just feel that way because you're jealous?"

"I don't deny that I felt angry when he looked at you like that, but he is going to far. Seeking shelter in our apartment, then nearly take a bite off you!"

"He didn't take a bite off me! What are you thinking! You are the only one I want!"

"Yeah right. You were looking at him most of the time!" Blake barked at me, his whole face turning red.

"Hey! I didn't do that!"

Blake just stormed out of the apartment. He left the door swinging, and by the time I recovered from my shock and ran out to the corridor, he was already far away. "Blake! Come back! You shouldn't be out alone! Blake!" He didn't reply as he turned the corner.

"Blake!" I screamed.

At that instant, Zelda came out to my side. "Where'd he go?"

"I don't know," I covered my face with my hands and wept. "He just...ran..."

Powerful arms went around me. "Don't cry, I...I don't know what to do when a girl cries....P-please..."

"I-I just want to know where he ran to!" I cried harder. I didn't want Blake to get the virus too. We have to get him back, somehow.

"I guess we'll have to inform the office about this." Zelda said resignedly.

I struggled to get free of his arms, but he held on to me tightly. "Let me go! We've got to get Blake's ass back here! I don't want him to...die..."

"There's nothing we can do now, after he's ran off. We can only call the office and hope that he'll be back safe and sound."
