9:53 a.m.
Jordon walked over to where Dr. Monroe was standing. "Griffin Monroe?" she asks. "That's me." He tells her. "Great, I came to talk to you about a patient who came in with a gun shot wound." she states. "You won't be able to do much he hasn't regained consciousness so you won't be able to ask him too much and the family has no idea where he went after lunch." he tells them. "What's the patient's name?" she asks. "Julian Jerome." He states. She rolls her eyes. "Shoulda guessed it was Julian." she says. "Do you have a history with him?" Griffin asks. "Yeah I sorta worked for him." she tells him. "That's rough, his room is just down the hall, his family should be outside. Its one at a time and I don't want you rushing his family out. Not that he'll be the best person to talk to." He says leading Jordon to his patient's room.
"Hello Alexis." Jordon greets trying to sound friendly. "I'd really appreciate it if you would leave us alone while he's in a coma. I mean really, I know you have to investigate gun violence but what do you think he's gonna tell you? The most response you'll get from him is the occasional flat lining. You hate Julian I'm sure you didn't come here to show support and we've already answered all your questions. What more could you possibly want?" she demands. "Well I had come to consult a scared family but seeing as it's Julian I'm wasting my time. I told you Alexis, your man is going down down down. And there is nothing you can do to stop it." Jordon threatens. "There's no proof that this wasn't just a random mugging. And until we prove other wise you should treat it like that and completely disregard his past, which has nothing to do with this." she says.
"Wow, Alexis, I came here with good intentions to see if you or anyone else needed support from a law official to ensure their loved one's safety. I'll go and send some officers to stand guard. Keep this up and I'll make sure no one gets in to see him." she threatens. "You can't do that. As far as you know it isn't even a gun shot, just something that looks like it. Look for evidence that proves he was shot and then maybe launch and investigation but until then, please leave me and my husband alone." Alexis says as calmly as she can manage.

1:43 p.m.
"Mom you should really eat something. Julian wouldn't want you to starve." Molly tells her mother. "Oh and you know so much about what Julian would want?" she hissed. "I know I've never been his biggest fan, but I know that he loves you, and when you love someone you want them to take care of them self." she tells her. "He's the love of my life. I had a dream that we were in bed last night-"
"I don't need to know about things like that." Molly interrupts. "It wasn't like that. We were just laying there, I'm not sure what we were talking about but we were talking. He seemed happy and not stressed. That's how I knew it was a dream. He was so warm and embracing, I mean he's always run a little hot but never warm like a night by the fire. Then I woke up, his room seems a little cold, I should have them turn up the heat." she says. "Mom stop, stop trying to distract. Have you eaten anything since Julian's accident?" she asks.
"I've been busy." she snaps. "With what, sitting by your husband's bed side waiting for him to maybe wake up? You heard Dr. Monroe, he says there's a good chance Julian won't wake up. Ever!" she exclaims. Lucas opens the door and starts yelling for help. "He's crashing!" he yells into the hallway. A couple of nurses come rushing to Lucas' aid.

7:39 p.m.
Julian had since stabled out, for the most part. Alexis and Lucas refused to leave his side. They finally both had permission to be in there at the same time. Sam had come by to check in but had to be with Danny so it was only for a short while. Kristina had come to check on her mom but left not too long after. Brad came to make sure Lucas was doing alright. Ava had come and talked to her brother for almost an hour. The toll it was taking on her had started to show. Lucas could barely keep his eyes open and he'd worn the same clothes almost three days in a row.
"If you want to go home and change I'll stay with him." Alexis offers. "I want to keep an eye on him, after his scare earlier I can't imagine what I'd do if he needed me and I wasn't here. Why don't you go home and sleep, eat, and shower or at least rest." He returns the offer. "I don't want to leave but he'll be mad when he wakes up if he finds out I didn't shower or eat for days." she says.
"I promise I'll call you the second anything happens, even if it's nothing." He promises. "Thank you so much. Lucas you're a wonderful son. I know he tells you all the time but he is so proud of you. Even more than he tells you. Every time he sees you I can tell because he always looks so proud of you and himself for making you." she tells him. Lucas smiles in pride as his step mother tells him about how his dad gushes about him.

9:32 p.m.
Alexis sits on the couch, looking at a picture of Julian and her on her phone. She zooms in on her husband's face. "I'm gonna kill you when you wake up." she says to herself. "You had better not die before your son turns one." she adds. She opens her text messages. She hasn't checked them since she found out Julian was in an accident. Most are from clients or her family and friends giving her their condolences. One older one caught her attention. She'd forgotten he texted her. It has been just after lunch and their fight. She opened her conversation with Julian. *I really do love you Alexis, I'll explain as soon as I get home tonight. Please be there.* It read.
She teared up at that. She was at home when she found out. She was waiting for him and his explanation. It was him who never showed. Someone knocked on the door. She got up, expecting to open it and see one of her daughters. "Anna?" she questions. "I've been waiting for one of you to come back from The Twilight Zone, I've been looking for Julian for days. Is he home?" she asks. "No, actually he won't be home for a long time. He was in a bad accident and he's in a coma. Why do you want to know?" she asks. "Julian was supposed to meet me. He called me and told me he has something to tell me. I showed up at the pier but he didn't. I figured he'd blown me off. Wait, when was his accident?" she asks. "They think it was from like 2 to 4 that he crashed." she says.
"That explains everything. Julian wanted to meet me at 2 p.m., when he didn't show I didn't think anything of it. I had no idea that he was in an accident I mean I don't care but at least now I know." she says, turning to leave. "Wait, did Julian say if he was stopping anywhere when he called you?" she asks. "No, he didn't say much of anything." she says, actually leaving this time.
Alexis goes upstairs and lays now on her bed. The sheets are still missed up from her and Julian's last night sleeping together. The room still smelled like a mix of his cologne and her perfume. She holds his pillow close to her chest as she drifts off. Sleep comes as a relief to her.
