"You know, if you keep spending so many nights here, you may as well move in." Ava tells Niels. He laughs awkwardly and turns to kiss her. "I'm okay with a commute." He says. "I'm not. I don't like when you aren't here when I wake up. I like seeing your face first thing in the morning." She tells him, putting hers up the back of his shirt.
"We're polar opposite. How do we even work?" He asks. "Opposite attract." She says. "Sweet and salty." He says. She laughs and presses her head to his chest. "I have something I should've told you when we first meet." He admits, having her sit on the couch. "You're probably gonna hate me for not telling you." She puts her hand on his cheek and pulls his forehead against hers. "You found out I killed someone and you didn't run screaming, I can handle whatever this is." She assures him.
"I have a medical condition. When my mom was pregnant with me she was hurt and I developed around a brain injury. It's not too serious, I'll survive and live a full life but, that's why I can't drive. I, I pass out sometimes. I shake, twitch, get really bad headaches, all kinds of things." He admits, letting go of her hands. "I know you twitch. I know you have trouble with your head sometimes. It doesn't change anything. You're sweet and gentle. Unlike almost any guy I've known, you won't use me or turn on me. We can deal with this."
"The last woman I told, she left me, took almost everything in the divorce." He admits. "What a bitch. She doesn't deserve your love." She tells him. "There's a surgery I can get that'll fix it but there's a fifty fifty chance I'll die." He says. "If you die, who'll cook me breakfast?" She gets on top of him and presses him to the couch.Julian slams the door behind him. "Mom! Are you okay?" Kristina asks, running to hug her. "I'm fine. It was a misunderstanding." She says. "Where's Jodie?" Julian asks. "Upstairs." Kristina says. "Jo get your ass down here!" He screams. "That's my cue to leave." Dillon says, jumping past Kristina and taking off. Jo comes downstairs and stops on the last step, making her eye level with her father.
"The truth, now Jodie."
"I didn't do anything." She defends. "Bull. You're hiding something. It's effecting our family now. What, are, you, hiding?" He asks not breaking eye contact. She backs away, guarding herself. Alexis gets between them. "Calm down." She warns Julian, turning to face Jo. "Honey, please tell us." She prompts gently.
"I know killed Jameson. She's the same person who had him released and killed Tom." She starts. "Who?"
"Her name is Veronica Heidegger, my older sister."
"Sister?"
"When my mom was married to Waller, they were having a baby but she faked a car accident to keep her from Waller. Tom gave her to his old partner, we meet him at Tom's funeral. She found Waller and they worked together. This is all because I went after Waller. It's my fault." She hangs her head. "You're right, it is all your fault. You should've told me about her."
"She murdered Tommy! I don't wanna lose you too." She cries, looking back up at him. His gaze softens and he hugs her tightly. "I'm sorry I yelled. You need to tell me these things. Now I know, we can get through this together." He says. "As a family." Alexis corrects."Ms, I have unfortunate news. Alexis Jerome was released. She isn't a suspect in Jameson's murder anymore." The man says, standing a safe distance from the woman. "I hand wrapped that arrest for them. Why did they let her go?" She demands, slamming her hand on the desk. "Alan Harper." He reports. "We'll deal with him eventually. He doesn't know enough to be dangerous. I'm taking the jet to Port Charles. I think it's about time I formally introduced myself to my little sister. Rudge, go tell the boys in Port Charles to get ready for me."
