General Hospital Rewrite Part One

Original Concept (Fun story!)

     Originally the plot of this story was going to be mucj different than it is now. When I first came up with the idea to write my own version of what was happening with Julian and Alexis there was no Jodie or happy life in Port Charles. In the original idea I had back in early April Julian wasn't shot. It would've started with Alexis finding out she's expecting and telling Julian to try and convince him to deal with the Carlos situation differently. Even though he agrees to follow her plan he's targeted by an unknown evil and luckily escapes death because of Alexis noticing the bomb.
     The unknown evil (let's call them Villain) becomes angry that his plan failed and threatens to kill both Julian and Alexis. To protect themselves and their unborn child they assume fake names and disappear while Jason and Sonny search for Villain. A few weeks into hiding Julian finds out that he has to take in his daughter. It's revealed that he has a young daughter (5-6) named Katja (Kitty) who was born just before he came back to Port Charles. Villain's motives are found out that he's Kitty's uncle and wants her but Julian being alive stands in his way. Julian takes Alexis and Kitty and the three move from motel to motel while trying to stay out of Villain's sights. Eventually Villain would have been found out but not before he cause months of pain.
     The story would've been full of angst and fighting but there'd also be a lot of Julian and Alexis trying to do the best they can for Kitty and the unborn baby. Alexis would grow very close to Kitty and Kitty would quickly start referring to Alexis as Mama. The story would have included a scene where Kitty yells at Julian in French after not speaking very much and a scene where Julian delivers the baby in a motel room while Kitty watches a movie on a tablet in the other room.

     I really still love this story idea and I think it would make a great one-shot but I wanted to just tell you guys real quick about what this story almost was. Let me know if you'd have liked the story as much if this was the plot and if you're interested in seeing this as a one-shot.
