11:25 a.m.
"Dad!" she runs up and hugs him. "How did you, how are you here?" she asks. "Well I made impossible timing. The train got to Philly like seven forty, I booked ass to the closest bakery, without Nina by the way. Meet with Vince Lafayette, signed the deal, got back on the train, speed home, changed as fast as I could, got myself here in one piece, parked so no one would see me and snuck in so I could surprise you." he says.
"Well you definitely surprised me." she laugh. "My dad can walk me down the aisle!" she hugs him again. "I couldn't let myself miss your wedding." he says. "Oh Dad." she kisses his cheek. "How you feelin' kiddo?" he asks. "I just got done telling the baby I'm super excited and happy but nervous. I don't think the little one is so super happy though. I think they just wants to sleep." she says. "Not happy Mommy's moving so much." she rubs her stomach.
"Well apparently your little one isn't the only one causing trouble. Your little brother or sister is causing your mother some real uncomfortable mornings." he says. "Morning sickness?" she asks. "Yeah, real bad. It lasts till like lunch time most days. She won't admit it but she's struggling." he says. "Don't think I'm trying to make you upset, your wedding has made her completely ignore baby's protests to anything but sleeping."
"Does she know you're here?" she asks. "You're the only one who knows I'm not in Philadelphia, including Nina." he tells her. "I'm sorry but don't you have an aisle to walk down?" he asks. "Only if my father will walk with me." she says. "It's a good thing he's here isn't it?" he puts his hand out so she can take it. Which she does.
They open the door and walk into the church, her arm looped through his. He catches Alexis' smile from where she's sitting in the front as they walk up. He kisses her forehead once they get to the front and sits next to Alexis, who holds his hand and puts her head on his shoulder. "We made this." he says proudly but quietly. "Yeah we did." she beams.

"Jason Morgan do you take Samantha McCall to be your lawfully wedded wife, as long as you both shall live?" he waits almost no time to respond. "I do." he says. "Samantha McCall, do you take Jason-"
"I do." she says. "You may kiss the bride." he says, clearly annoyed by her cutting him off. They kiss, sealing the deal. There's excitment but it dies down as everyone goes up and congratulates them. "How did you do this?" Alexis asks Julian. "I messaged Vince before we got off the train to meet me at this bakery right at the sation, we meet, had a cup of coffee, he signed a deal with Crimson and I got right back on the train to Port Charles and went home, got dressed, probably got a speeding ticket on the way here and surprised Sam."
"You are unbelievable." she kisses him. "Is that a compliment?" he asks. "In this case, yes." she says. He smiles. "You made it." Jo says. "I couldn't miss it." he tells her. She hugs him. "Thank you Dad." she says. "I love you and your siblings." he tells her.

Sam hugs her father. "Thank you for coming." Jason says after he's backed away and Alexis hugs Sam. "I couldn't miss it." he says, shaking Jason's hand. He turns back to Sam and Jo. "Look at my beautiful girls." he says. "You know, I don't think there's a father on Earth who's more proud of his daughters." he says. "Grandpa!" Danny runs up and hugs Julian. "Mommy said you weren't gonna come!"
"Well I couldn't miss your mommy and daddy's big day." he picks his grandson up. "Look at you in that little tux of yours. You look very handsome." he says. "Me, Jake, and Leo are all matching." he tells him. "Are you? That's so cute." he puts Danny back on the ground. He runs back over to where Jake is standing with Monica. "Julian, you made it." he turns to face Kristina and Molly. "Of course." he trails off as he gets a glimpse of Sonny and Carly.
He turns back around. "The family's all here." Sam says. "Well, apart from Ava but she's coming with Avery to the reception." she says. "We gotta go take pictures, then it's off to the Metro-Court for the reception." Jason joins in.

1:05 p.m.
"I'd like to thank everyone for coming today, all the love and support means so much to Sam and I." Jason says. He sits and Lucas stands. "How do I start? Sam, you're my sister, I love you, you annoy me to death, and I wouldn't trade you for the world." he starts. "We may not have grown up together as brother and sister but that doesn't matter now. I don't think we'd have the same relationship if we'd been siblings all our lives. We have a good trusting friendship and I'm so thankful to have a sister like you and I'm proud to be your maid of honor." he laughs. "I'm really not sure how to describe you. I mean, you're wonderful Sam. A wonderful sister, mother, and friend. You're smart, funny, clever. I wish you and Jason a life of happiness and love." he finishes.
He sits and a few others go, taking turns talking about Jason and Sam. Alexis tugs on Julian's shirt. "I don't feel so good. I think I need some fresh air." she says. "I'll come with you." he says, helping her up. They slip out unnoticed. "You seem dizzy." he comments. "Just a little."
He helps her sit on a seat in the corner of the hallway. "Its way too hot to go outside today." he says. She nods in agreement. "Do you want me to go get Lucas?" he asks. "No, no. But can you get me a glass of water?" she asks. "Of course. Just take it easy alright, I'll be right back." he promises. She puts one hand on her forehead and the other on her stomach. Within only a few seconds he's back with some water. "Drink slowly." he says.
She takes a few sips while he sits next to her. He puts his arm over her shoulder and let's her rest on his chest. "I just need a few minutes. Please stay with me." she says. "I wasn't planning on leaving." he tells her. "You need to drink more." he says, nudging her. She take a few more sips and puts her head back down on his chest.

"Where's Dad?" Sam asks Lucas. "I don't know. Maybe he went to the bathroom." Lucas says. "I haven't seen my mother in a little while either." she tells him. "Maybe they went to the bathroom together." he teases. "I don't think my mom is feeling up to anything scandalous." she says. "From what Dad said she hasn't been feeling too great." she tells him. "Has she talked to her doctor, what's his name, Hopper?" he asks. "Harper. I'm seeing him too." she tells him.
"I'm gonna go look for them." she says. "No. Its your big day. I'll go find them. Plus, you've already walked in on them once." he laughs. He makes his way out of the ballroom and walks down the hall. "Dad?" he calls. "That's Lucas." he hears Alexis' voice. He walks over.
"Sam's looking for you guys. What's going on?" he asks. "Nothing." Alexis says. "Alexis." Julian urges. "I didn't feel so good. I feel better now." she says. "Oh no, what's wrong?" he asks. "I was a little lightheaded and I just needed a minute." she tells him. "We were outside for the photo shoot and it's hot as Hell. Did you have some water, you're probably dehydrated." he says. "I've been drinking some water. I feel better."
"Maybe you should have a little more water and wait a few minutes. I'm not gonna tell Sam, don't want her freaking out." he says. "It was really hot out though, I'm kinda dehydrated too. Plus you're pregnant don't forget." he says. "I know. It's not like I can forget. And it's not gonna happen again. Its just so hot out today and it caught me off guard." she promises.
"Alright just be careful." he says. "We're gonna take a few minutes just tell your sister we're fine and we'll be right back." Alexis says. "Okay." he smiles and goes back into the ballroom. "I feel bad we left Jodie in a room with Sonny." she says. "He's not gonna hurt her." Julian assures her. "But can we be sure she's not gonna hurt him?" she asks. "That's a fair point. Once you feel better we'll go back in." he says. "I feel fine. Lets head back in." she says. "Promise?" he asks.
She grabs his face and kisses it. "I'll take that as a yes." he says. "Lets get back in there."

6:12 p.m.
Sam sits at an empty table. She sighs. Julian sits next to her. "Hey Dad." she greets. "So how was your big day?" he asks. "It was amazing Dad. First you surprised me then Jason and I got married without a hitch. Then the reception was just perfect. Danny and Jake pining for Jo's attention, everyone getting along so well. There weren't any fights, a couple hostile glances but nothing I didn't expect."
"I'm so happy for you." he says. "I didn't mean it like that. I didn't mean to make it seem like I was saying anything against your wedding." she starts. "Its okay honey. I know what you meant. Your mother and I, we know our wedding wasn't perfect, far from it." he puts his hand on her shoulder. "Today my father walked me down the aisle and I got my father-daughter dance. Thank you so much for coming. I just hope you don't get in trouble."
"It's worth it." he says. "They cant hold anything against me so it'll just be an inconvenience." he says. "I hope it's just that." she trails off. "Lets go to Florida." he says. "The whole family, let's pick some time and take a big family vacation." he suggests. She laughs. "You cleared this with Mom yet?" she asks. "Not exactly. I'm sure she'll love the idea. We've all been through so much recently and that trip to the Bahamas was great but it wasn't a family thing. I want to be there the first time Danny and Jodie see Disney world. I don't who'll be more excited." he says.
"When are you planning this magical trip?" she asks. "I'm not sure, maybe some time mid to late September." he says. "I'll have to think about it but I'm gonna be in my second trimester by then. I'll have to see how I'm feeling once it gets closer." she says. "It's gonna be hot though and I'm not sure if it's the best idea. I mean your mother almost fainted today from the heat." he says. "What? She what?" she asks. "Nothing, nothing." he shakes his head.
"Oh my god is Mom okay?" she asks. "Your mother is fine and I shouldn't have said anything." he says. "I'm glad you said something. Why didn't you say anything sooner?" she demands. "She told me not to. She was just a little dehydrated and she felt better after a little while. She didn't want to stress you out on your wedding day." he explains. "I'm glad she's okay." Sam says. "I mean too."
They wait a few seconds, tired from the rest of the day. "Do you need us to take Danny for the night?" he asks. "No actually, he's gonna stay at the Quartermain's tonight." she tells him. "I'm not even sure we even need to send the boys anywhere, with the baby and all I'm not sure I'm gonna be up to anything tonight." she says. "I'm gonna stop you there. I don't want to know anything you had planned tonight." he says. "Obviously." she smacks his shoulder.
"Jason and I aren't even gonna go on a proper honeymoon." she tells him. "Nope. That's not happening. You and Jason are going on a trip, just the two of you, for at least five days." he says. "Your mother and I will take Danny, and you will a proper honeymoon not five months after your wedding. Understood?" he asks. "Okay Dad." she agrees. "You can go anywhere in the world as long as it's not Port Charles." he tells her.
"Alright, noted. I'll have him take me to Paris." she says. "Paris is good." he comments. "Glad I've got your seal of approval." she laughs. "What makes you happy will always have my seal of approval." he tells her. "We should probably get out of here. Olivia said she wanted us out by six." Sam says. "Olivia wants me to rot in Hell." he comments. "She hasn't been allowed to see Leo since Jo and I got hurt." he says. "You have to understand where she's coming from, not being able to see her baby." she says.
"I know exactly where she's coming from and I know it sucks. But if there's any chance that she wanted Sonny to do this, I can't risk my kids around her. I'm not sorry." he says. "Well thanks to that we're getting kicked out of the ballroom." she says. "Carly did nothing to help. She didn't do much of anything. I think what happened to Jo really affected her. She could hardly look at Jodie. Oh poor Jodie. I think this was a little much for her."
"It's the first wedding she's ever been to. That she can remember. When she was four months old we took her to a wedding but I doubt she has any memory of that. You have no idea just how happy for you she is." he tells her. "I have an idea. She was practically dying to help plan the wedding. She's an odd kid who's been through a lot but hasn't really lived." she says. Julian nods in agreement.
"So when are we gonna find out if it's a boy or girl?" he asks while they leave. "A few weeks. We're gonna go in, get an ultrasound and Dr. Harper is gonna tell us." she says. "I have a weird feeling about that Alan Harper, like not a bad feeling, but weird, you know different. I bet he's into some really kinky stuff like getting tied up or something weird." he says. "I don't know Dad, considering what Diane got Mom for her wedding gift I'd say you have no room to judge."
"I'm yet to try the collar on." he tells her. "Gross Dad." she complains. They stop where Jason and Alexis are. Jason and Julian switch sides to stand next to their wives. "We will see you two newlyreweds at some point in the not too distant future." Alexis says. They laugh and say their goodbyes. "Come on Jojo, time to go home." Julian says, getting Jo's attention. She jumps up and walks with him.
