7:32 a.m.
"I didn't know what to bring so I brought you flowers." Julian says awkwardly, showing the bouquet to his mother. She smiles at him with such pride. He sits on the edge of her bed. "You're a good boy." she says. He grinds his teeth. "Why didn't you tell me?" he asks. "Tell you what dear?" she asks. "You're dying" he says. "I didn't want you to focus on that. You're on vacation and I only just meet you. I was trying to protect you and your family."
He rolls his eyes. "I've heard that before. I was so excited to have you in my life. I was so happy." he tells her. "I'm sorry Julian. I just wanted to know my son without him thinking about losing me." she explains. "Now that's all I can think about." he says. "It's why I didn't want you to know. Focus on the time we have left together. Please Julian, I've lived a long life and maybe it's not the one I wanted but it was full."
Julian frowns. "How bad is it?" He asks. "It's gonna start getting worse soon. I can't stand without help and walking is hard most days. I'm gonna get weaker, and weaker, until I just fade away. They think it'll be painless." she says. "Mom, do you wanna come to Hollywood Studios with us tomorrow?" he asks. "Oh Julian, that sounds lovely. I'd love to." she accepts. He smiles at her. "I'm looking forward to spending with my beautiful son and grandchildren." she adds. "They all wanna spend more time with you too."
"Can I ask something big?" Julian asks. "What darling?" she asks. "Well, you know that I'm wealthy, and I live in a fairly big city, we have lots of nursing homes and places like it. I can help pay for the move and rent. Please Mom, it would be so much." he rushes. "Slow down. What are you asking?" she asks. "Will you please move to Port Charles?"
She looks down. "I'd love so much to spend so much time with you. I love you more than I thought I could. But I don't know. A move would be so stressful on everyone and it would cost you so much." she worries. "Money is no problem. I can take care of the move. Please, there are a few wonderful nursing homes not ten minutes from my house." he tells her. "Julian, Julian. I've been here for so long, I have friends, I'm old. I can't make this decision on the spot. Can I have some time?" she asks him.
"Take as long as you need. Even if after we leave you change your mind, I'll come down and help you move." he says. In the mix of emotions he'd started crying. She wipes his cheeks dry. "I love you Julian, I'm proud of you." she tells him. He smiles and holds her hand to his cheek. She places a kiss on the top of his head. The warmth of a mother's love was new to him and he savored every second.

9:53 p.m.
Julian walks out of the bathroom and over to Leo's crib, where he leans to kiss his son goodnight. He does the same with Jo and goes back to his bed. He kisses Alexis without waking her and gets under the covers next to her. He puts his arm under her neck, which she uses as a pillow. He puts the other over her side he rubs her stomach once before closing his eyes and kissing the back of her neck. "I love you." she says groggily. "I love you too." he says. He moves his hand to under the bump and holds her closer.

Now Grandma Jerome needs to decide if she's gonna make the move to Port Charles or not. Either way, she gets the day with her family at Disney tomorrow. I'm sure nothing will go wrong.
