Mother lied.
Father wasn't visiting,
he was moving in.
But at the same time,
he wasn't.
A week went by,
and the only thing,
different
out of place,
was Father.
He came and went.
Stayed every other night.
My childish imagination
hit me hard,
with the idea that Father
was cheating on Mother.
But I didn't know how to feel about it.
I became quieter,
and caved into myself
as I was overcome by
confusion
and anger.
I thought of Aoi,
and my half siblings,
what were they feeling now?
Had Father explained to them?
But most of all,
how long would he be staying
this time?
