Ash's Dark Past *DISCONTINUED*

Serena's PoV

Serena couldn't believe how awful Ash's past had been and she's never known about it. She felt horrible for Ash. He'd just trailed off into thought, and he was shaking horribly. He was staring at the pond again, but this time, Serena knew that his face had tears streaming down it. "Ash, if it hurts you this much, you don't have to-" Ash cut her off. "No. I want to. It feel good to get this off my chest." Ash then faced her with a sad smile on his face, and Serena wiped away his tears. "He stopped, and just left for the kitchen. I was shaking, crying on the floor. I was scared to get up. Then, he came back, and told me to turn around. I was so scare that I did, and, and he.." Ash's voice was trembling as he was speaking, his whole body was too. Serena was about to tell him he didn't have to continue, but he then said, "He slashed my back with a knife." Ash was now sobbing, holding his mouth with his hand. Serena covered her mouth. She couldn't believe it! Why would someone do something so horrible to such a sweet boy?! "Why would he do that?" "I don't know. But I passed out for a out an hour. Then my mom came home about an hour later. She asked if we had fun, and I got up to hug her, but as I did, my legs gave out from under me, and I just... Collapsed. All I heard was her screaming after she went behind me, and that's it. I woke up in the hospital about a week later. My mom told me that my step father and her had signed a divorce contract. I then felt safe enough to just poor my heart out. I told her everything he's done to me, and I was so much happier than that."
