Ash looked at Serena. She was starting to cry. Ash wiped away her tears and she tackled him in a hug. It felt nice. Ash liked hugs as much as the next guy, but when they hugged, it was... Different. Like it meant something. After they pulled apart, Serena asked, "So you said it happened on your birthday, right?" "Yeah." "And you said it happened four years ago?" Ash knew where this was going. "Yes, why?" The n Serena asked, "when's your birthday, Ash?" Ash hesitated, because he didn't want anyone to hear, so he finally said, "Today." "Ash, why didn't you tell me that it's your birthday?" Serena said. "Because, it would've just brought back the memories. But now that you already know the story, I felt like it would be OK to tell you." Serena then whispered in Ash's ear, "You can always trust me, Ash." Then she pulled back and smiled. Ash smiled back.
Bonnie's PoV
It was Ash's Birthday and he didn't tell them?! Why!? Birthdays are amazing! Bonnie thought, Me and Clemont Have to throw a surprise Party for Ash!
