I started tearing up after the last words rang in my head again. "... he loves you." I hugged Pikachu a little bit tighter.
'Pika?' It said. I guess it could tell I was worried, scared, but mostly sad. I want my Ash back, and I don't want anything else to happen to him. It hurts me so much every time he tries to hold something back from us for such a long time. But I then remembered that Dark Ash also asked me to tell Bonnie and Clemont about what Silver did and why Ash was crying in fear when he came. I felt the tears roll down my cheek and stain my pillow. There was no way I could do it; I couldn't tell Bonnie and Clemont about him. I promised Ash I wouldn't tell a soul, and I intend to keep that promise. I wiped my cheek and sat up. Pikachu fell onto my lap and I widened my legs into a split. I thankfully remembered to leave my sleeping bag unzipped last light, because it so would've ripped if I hadn't. Pikachu was dozing off, but I guess I let it fall too fast, and it woke up tiredly.
'Pika Pi? Pikachu.' It said.
"Shh. We're going to go find Ash, Pikachu." I whispered getting up. I got dressed after I told Pikachu to look away. Even though it's a Pokémon, it was still a male- female's tails are shaped like hearts -and that still against girl-code: guys aren't allowed to see girls without clothes on unless they give them permission to look. I wrote a note and left it on my sleeping bag. I knew I was going to be out for a long while, and the sun was starting to come up, so I wrote:
Hey Bonnie and Clemont. Me and Pikachu wanted to get a head start on looking for Ash, so don't worry if I'm not there by the time you guys wake up. We'll be back in a few hours.

'' That ought to do it." I whisper to Pikachu. We headed out and went back into the Forest of Misery. That's what I decided to call it after what's happened every time we entered that forest.

Me and Pikachu were in there for five hours with no luck. We were about to head back when I heard a small yell of pain. I flung my head to where I'd heard the noise, and guessing by it's ears twitching, noticed, too. We slowly and cautiously made our way to a small opening, where Dark Ash sat on his knees, covered in dirt. He was staring in a puddle. I saw the water swirl and then my Ash was staring up at the Dark Ash.
"What do you want, human?" Dark Ash said. Ash spoke,
"Onikage, this isn't like you. What's going on with yo-"
"HAH! You'd better watch yourself, human!" He then drew his fingernail on the center of his lip, causing to start bleeding. Ash let out a gasp of pain as the blood formed on his lip along with the Dark Ash's.
"Remember, I'm in control of your body, therefore I can do anything I want to it." With that, he punched Ash/ Himself in the gut and then scratched his face. Ash let out louder yelps of pain with each scratch. I felt a longing to go up to Dark Ash and just punch him in the face, but I knew that if I did, it wouldn't hurt him, but it would hurt Ash.
"There. I think that's enough torture for your body... for now." Dark Ash said, laughing maliciously. Ash was breathing heavily in the small puddle. Dark Ash's ears perked as I stumbled. My foot stepped on a leaf and it let out a soft crunch under my foot.
Shoot. I thought to myself. There was no way he didn't hear that, but Dark Ash went back to facing Ash.
"Anyways, you know what I'm going to try to do." Dark Ash spoke. Ash looked dazed for a fraction of a second, but then he realized that he meant that he was going to tell Bonnie and Clemont about Ash's stepfather, and his eyes widened in fear.
"O-Onikage... don't do this..." Ash's voice wavered. Dark Ash let out a scoff.
"Why would I listen to a petty human?" He leaned in closer and said in a loud whisper that I could barely hear, "You know Serena is scared of you. She'll NEVER love a monster like what you've become." I let out a soft gasp, and Ash's bottom lip quivered as a single tear slid down his face and he lowered his gaze so that his hat covered his eyes. Dark Ash grinned as he lifted Ash's head into his hand. Wait, what?! Ash was in a puddle. How was he doing that? Well, it doesn't really surprise me that much; after all the things that've happened in the past 24 hours, this is number 5 weirdest. Ash's expression showed nothing but pure fear and horror.
"Just know this, human. I'm in control. And if I could kill you, trust me, I would, but it's frowned upon in the Dead, believe it or not. So, instead, I'll just torture you, your friends, and your true love." He let out a small chuckle. "Oh, and Ash?" Ash looked at him directly in his blood-red eyes. "If she doesn't do something to prove herself to you, I'll be in control. Permanently." And with that, he shoved Ash's face back into the puddle and made Ash disappear. I started to slowly walk back, my eyes never leaving him. Pikachu was on my shoulder to make sure it could see the same things I was. The second I turned around, though, I bumped into someone. I fell back a little, but still stood my ground, and opened my eyes to see a pair of glowing red ones burning into mine. I flung my head around to see that Dark Ash wasn't there anymore and flung my head back to the glowing red eyes. His demonic grin and wicked gaze sent my blood cold, but I remained calm.
"Well hello, my sweet."
