Ash's Dark Past *DISCONTINUED*

Serena's PoV

"Ash!" I saw Ash starting to fall, and I quickly ran towards him to catch him, but I didn't make it in time. He'd completely collapsed by the time i got there. I slid to his side and felt his forehead. "What's wrong with Ash?" Bonnie asked. I let out a gasp. His forehead was burning my hand. "He's got a fever. He's burning up! Quick, go get some water." "Right." Bonnie and Pikachu ran off to get some water. "Look up the nearest Pokemon Center on your tablet." Clemont suggested. "Good idea!" I pulled out my tablet and searched the nearest Pokemon Center. "Got it! It's... The one we came from two days ago." "That's an hour walk away!" He blurted out. Ash started breathing heavily in my arms and he was sweating. I shushed Clemont and felt Ash's head again. How was it hotter than it was two seconds ago?! "We need to get him some medicine. I think there's some in my bag back in the cave in the medical bag." "I'll go get it." Clemont got up and ran to the cave. I expected him to get back in about 30 minutes, since he's not the fastest.
A/N: when I typed that, all I had in my head was "I try to run but see I'm not that fast" 😂<- the rare occasion I use emoji's in a story.
Ash's face was bright red and beaded with sweat. "Pika." Pikachu and Bonnie came running back with a bowl of water and a towel to place on Ash's forehead. "Wow! That was fast." There was a stream nearby, so I asked Pikachu to go and grab a bowl and a towel to put the water in." Bonnie looked behind Serena. "There's a Spring right there!" She said relatively loudly. "Why didn't I just get the water from there?!" Serena shushed her, and whisper shouted, "because that's a hot spring, and Ash has a high fever, so we needed cool water." "Ooh right. Sorry I forgot." Bonnie said embarrassed. Ash started to wake up, but then fell back out cold. I felt horrible for Ash. He'd been acting strangely the past few days, and this was probably why. He must've had this fever for a few days at least. He was also shivering a little. How can someone be hot and cold at the same time? Clemont came back about 15 minutes later with the medicine, and I placed it in Ash's mouth. He already started to look better. With Clemont's help, we both carried Ash by the shoulders back to the cave to get him back to bed.
