"Greninja! I choose you!" Ash threw out Greninja and it immediately knew what to do once t saw Ash falling. It jumped up and caught Ash and Pichu and slid down the mountain, doing a flip off the mountain and sticking the landing. "Nice save, Greni-" Ash cut himself off when he saw something behind Greninja. It looked like... But he couldn't be... Ash was trembling in fear, hatred, and sadness. He was there. Standing in the woods in front of him. "Hey Ash! Come back inside! You'll catch a cold!" Serena came out. "Ash? What are you staring at?" "M-more like, w-w-who..." His gaze never met Serena's but he could just see out of the corner of his eye her head turning to where he was standing. "Wha- what are you d-Doing here?" Ash stammered. "You broke the deal, and you know I can sense when someone does that." He said. "Ash who is that?" Serena asked. "Th-that's-" "What, you can't tell your own friend who your related to?" He laughed. "Little girl, I'm Ash's stepfather, Silver.
