wrapping presents [e+g]

"pass the tape please." you said and held out your hand. your best friend grayson put the roll of tape in your hand. you thanked him, and continued wrapping the present in front of you.

you and your best friends ethan and grayson were upstairs in your room wrapping presents for your families. you had just gone shopping, and had quite a few presents to wrap.

"pass it back please." ethan said.

"hang on." you replied as you put a piece of tape on your present. you finished, and passed the tape to ethan. grayson was cutting a piece of wrapping paper, and threw the extra at you. you scoffed and pushed it away, but it landed on ethan. he was writing on a name tag, and the paper blocked his vision.

"hey!" he shouted and threw the paper back at you.

"it was grayson!' you yelled, and threw the paper at grayson.

"wow, nice view from under the bus here y/n. thanks alot." grayson said as he caught the paper. he ripped it in half, and continued wrapping his gift. you and ethan also continued wrapping.

a while later, after almost all the presents were wrapped, ethan said he wanted a break.

"this is so tiring, can we take a break and watch a movie or something?" ethan asked.

"no, we're almost done." you replied. ethan groaned and leaned up against your bed frame. he took his phone out of his pocket and started playing on it.

"we're not gonna get done faster if you aren't helping." grayson said. ethan ignored him and continued using his phone. grayson sighd, and went back to wrapping.

every now and then ethan would stretch his legs out and purposely nudge a present while you or grayson were wrapping it, or he'd stretch out his arms to poke you or grayson. you heard him lightly chuckle beside you as he poked the gift you were trying to wrap with his foot. you tried to stiffle a laugh, but one came out anyways.

soon all three of you were laughing, and were having a hard time focussing on wrapping the presents.

"hey guys, get back to work." ethan said once the laughter had died down. he had noticed that you and grayson weren't wrapping anymore.
