"come on babe, hurry up." your boyfriend ethan called behind him. the two of you were out hiking, and you were exhausted.
"i-i'm coming." you huffed. you were tired and sweaty from the hot morning sun.
you heard ethan chuckle in front of you because of you struggling. he always went on hikes with his brother, so he was used to the exercise and the heat.
"are we there yet?" you groaned behind ethan. you were trying to reach the top of a large cliff.
"almost."
"ugh, this better be worth it ethan."
you and ethan kept climbing, until you finally reached a long circular piece of rock, with many plants surrounding it. the rock overlooked the rest of the cliff, and you could even see some buildings and roads.
"well this is nice." you said, pulling a grin at ethan.
"i know." he said. he wrapped his arm around your waist, and kissed your cheek. the two of you stood there for a while, to rest but to also look at the scenery below you.
