you were walking down the hallway at school, when you saw the most popular girl come into the hallway and stop infront of your boyfriend, who had been making his way towards you.

"hey, ethan." the girl said in a high pitched voice as she twirled her hair around her finger.

"hello, lucy." ethan mumbled in response and looked over at her shoulder at you. [a/n; random name!!!]

"i was wondering if you wanted to come to a party at my house this weekend?" lucy asked, putting a manicured hand on ethan's chest.

"can't sorry, i have plans with my girlfriend." ethan walked past lucy, and over to you. she glared at you as ethan kissed your cheek and wrapped an around your waist. you and ethan walked up the hallway, past lucy. she scowled as you smiled at her.

later that day, you and ethan were walking through the parking lot towards his car, when lucy ran over to you two.

"ethan, seriously. you should come over this weekend." lucy said, leaning against ethan's car.

"lucy, seriously. i have plans." ethan replied as he opened his car door. you got into the car, and slammed the door behind you.

"what about tonight? i need help on my math homework."

"go ask the teacher." ethan suggested, smiling.

"will you be my teacher?" lucy asked. she lifted her leg up onto ethan's car. you reached over and honked the horn, causing lucy to jump. she gave you a disgusted look before putting a fake smile back on her caked face.

"i'll see you later, ethan." she said before walking away. ethan got into his car, and shut the door.

"i'm sorry about that." he mumbled.

"it's okay. she just doesn't realize that you're mine." you replied. ethan smiled, and grabbed your hand, resting his and yours on your thigh before starting to drive.
