you and your boyfriend ethan had decided to turn a horror movie on. you were hesitant, but ethan somehow convinced you. he said it'd be fun, and if you got too scared then you could cuddle into him.

you were on edge for the beginning of the movie, just waiting for something scary to happen. the movie went silent, and you moved closer to ethan.

the scene was the main guy walking down a hallway. it was dark, and quiet. all of a sudden a person popped up on the screen. you screamed, and hid your face into ethan's side.

you felt ethan chuckle as you clinged to his shirt. he rubbed your side, trying to get you to calm down. you looked back at the tv with your head still on ethan's side.

"i don't like this movie." you mumbled.

"it's not even that scary." ethan said.

"yes it is. you know i hate horror movies." you sobbed and buried your face into ethan's side once more
